They returned home late. Considering the doors opened at eleven and the show had begun at half past. After the awkward encounter with Suga he had stared after him for a few moments before Yoongi announced he would drop them home. Once he reached his room he dropped onto the bed falling asleep straight away. A certain blonde not too far from his thoughts.

The next day he woke on the afternoon. He could smell food and his stomach decided it would make its presence known. He groaned stumbling half asleep into the bathroom. He jumped when he looked into his reflection. The eyeliner that has been done was now all smudged and all over his eyes. He washed his face and teeth before changing into a tracksuit. He didn't have any plans so comfy clothes it is. He went downstairs to see Hoseok after making pancakes. He waved upon noticing Jungkook, "Morning sleepy beauty! Come and eat." He smiled not wasting time in joining Hoseok at the table and digging in. When they both finished Hoseok put his fork down, "Hey Kookie, I was wondering would you want to maybe be on one of my songs. I was working on it and something was missing. So I though vocals. I also need to find someone with a deep vocal range for another song." Jungkook thought to himself. He knew the perfect person. He grinned, "Of course hyung. I would be honoured and I know the person for the other song. Leave it to me. When do you need us?" Hoseok checked the time, "In about a half an hour. However if the other person isn't able to make it today that's okay. Tomorrow is okay too." He nodded, "Okay. I'll get my phone and ask." He cleaned his dish and bounded up the stairs. He didn't doubt that he would say yes. Dialling the number he waited. A deep voice answered.

T. Hello
J. Tae? It's me
T. Yeah I know Kookie, caller ID
J. I have a favour to ask
T. Ask away
J. Hobi needs someone with deep vocals for his song and I thought of you. He said if you can make it today it's in a half an hour at the studio if not, tomorrow is okay.
T. A-Are you sure? I mean my voice is -
J. You have an amazing voice TaeTae and I'm 100% sure, so what do you say?
T. Alright. Okay I'll meet you inside. I'll text when I'm there.
J. Thanks TaeTae.
T. Anytime. Later Kookie.
J. Bye Tae.

After they both hung up he let out a squeal. He hoped this would bring he two closer and give them courage to confess. He knew they would make a good couple. Both being literal sunshines and they had a lot in common. He hummed as he hopped down the stairs. Hoseok raised an eyebrow. Jungkook just smiled, "He'll meet us there!" Hoseok nodded and he followed behind the older to the car. As Hoseok started the car he spoke, "Oh! I forgot to mention, Namjoon and Suga will be there too. They helped with the track after all." Jungkook froze at the mention of Suga. Hoseok noticing this took and squeezed his hand, "His bark is worse than his bite. Hyung is a good person. Plus I'll protect you." Jungkook nodded wondering why even the mention of his name makes his heart rate speed up.
When they reached the studio the nerves began to build. He walked behind Hoseok hiding himself. Hoseok greeted his friends. Namjoon noticing him smiled at him, "Ah I see he brought you Kook. Let me guess you will be the vocals." Jungkook nodded shyly. He was a fanboy and admired the older quite a bit. He could hear footsteps approaching the room. He recognised the cold sarcastic tone immediately, "Oh perfect! What's the brat doing here?" Jungkook turned slowly not meeting the older's gaze and bowed in greeting. Suga was still his hyung after all. Hoseok hit the blonde's arm playfully, "Oi, that's my brother you're calling a brat. He's the person I picked to do the vocals for boy meets evil." Suga raised an eyebrow, "You can sing huh. Better be damn good." Jungkook felt his cheeks flush when Hoseok let out a dignified, "Trust me he is."
