"Um, Wan-Nu, why did you give her sleeping pills?" Sahn-Re asked as he sat down on his bed beside a passed out Teller, poking her jaw without a single reaction. The kid was out cold, having fallen asleep barely twenty minutes after Sahn-Re had started practicing.

Wan-Nu looked down at Teller and shook his head, dropping down to the bed as well, so that he could reach over and check for a fever. "They weren't sleeping pills, just the pain medication I was prescribed for my back. She looked like crap and probably felt even worse considering how badly she was fidgeting, so I gave her the recommended dose for someone who's around sixteen. I can't imagine her being any younger than that."

"She's a little warm, but that's probably because she's still wearing a jacket and scarf in here." He said as he nodded to Sahn-Re. "Help me get them off."

Sahn-Re carefully lifted Teller's upper body and leaned her against his chest so that Wan-Nu could remove the jacket first. The scarf came undone as the jacket was shed, making it easy to unwrap a few times, then toss aside.

"Okay, what should we do Wan-Nu? I doubt her manager wants her to stay overnight here, but she had to be exhausted to be knocked out by those pills so quickly."

When Wan-Nu didn't answer, Sahn-Re  began to speak again, but his manager lifted his hand abruptly, silencing him. After a moment Wan-Nu's hand slowly lowered back to press gently against a patch of discolored skin peaking out from beneath the neckline of Teller's shirt.

"What's that?" Sahn-Re asked in a tone that made it clear that he knew exactly what it likely was.

Wan-Nu hung his head as he let out a tired sigh.

"What's going on?" En-Ti asked as him and Tay-Yun stepped into the room and walked over to see what they were doing.

"You knocked her out? Thank you." Tay-Yun said with a grin, earning a glare from both Sahn-Re and Wan-Nu, making his smile drop in confusion. "What? What's wrong?" He asked as he leaned over to look down at Teller.

"What's wrong with her neck...?" He asked as he noticed the discoloration.

Shaking his head, Wan-Nu reached up and took off Teller's sunglasses, then set them on top of the jacket and scarf they'd removed from her beside her.

"I think she needs to go to the hospital." He said as he carefully lifted Teller into his arms. Sahn-Re nodded and hopped up right away, intent on coming along.

He ran ahead to open the door, but when he heard a curse, he hurried back to the room to see Teller struggling in Wan-Nu's arms. The kid still looked half asleep, and was now crying, but she still somehow managed to give Wan-Nu a hard time. It didn't help that Tay-Yun and En-Ti were just watching, either.

"Clearly, she doesn't want to go anywhere with you." Tay-Yun said as he stood leaning against the wall, his arms crossed over his chest as he watched the struggle.

Teller-

Teller slipped from Wan-Nu's arms and dropped back down to the bed after elbowing the man in the ribs. He tried to push himself up, but his arms refused the weight. His legs weren't much better, though he did manage to land a decent kick to Wan-Nu's hand as he tried to reach for him again.

"Dammit. This kid's getting beaten to death and she doesn't even want help?" He growled out of frustration as he dug his hands through his short hair and dropped down to sit on the edge of the bed.

Teller didn't try to kick him again. Mainly because he couldn't lift his leg without crying more. The pills had worked miracles, but feeling people touching him had brought back the memories of being hit, pushing aside the soothing affects of the medicine with panic. Now that he was able to calm down and realize what was actually going on, he forced himself to take a few deep breaths.

"I'm sorry, but don't try to do that again." He said with a raspy whisper as his eyes stared, half-lidded, up at the ceiling. Since the situation had calmed down, the medication was kicking back in, making it hard to stay awake as his body began to numb again.

A gentle brush against his bangs brought him back to the present, but he couldn't manage to open his eyes any further.

"En-Ti, don't you have some topical medication that could help with her bruises?" Wan-Nu asked as he brushed aside a few strands of hair from Teller's face.

He couldn't see or hear if En-Ti responded, but when he felt hands grip his lower arms, he flinched away. "We just want to help you. This medicine should numb whatever those pills haven't been able to, and it should also help heal you."

Reluctantly, Teller forced himself to sit up. It took some effort, but since they already knew that he was hurting, he didn't bother trying to hide it. When he was finally upright, he sagged to the left, leaning against Wan-Nu, though he hadn't meant to.

"Hey, Sahn-Re? Can you maybe call your sister and see if she can come over and help us with her? I don't think Teller would be very comfortable with us putting on the medicine."

Uh, let's not do that. Enough of this fake female thing. I don't want to give Sahn-Re's sister a heart attack.

"I'm a guy." Teller mumbled into the silence as Wan-Nu waited for a response from Sahn-Re, possibly because the guy was checking his phone to make the call, if the little beeps from it were any indication.

The sound of a cell phone hitting the floor, and another hitting the bed, made Teller chuckle quietly. Did they really not see that coming? They had even assumed that I was a guy before guessing that I was a girl. He grinned. No wonder the media eats that crap up, I'm not half bad at pretending to be female, even when I'm not really trying all that much. Didn't even wrap up my chest today.

"Wait. You are a boy?" Wan-Nu asked, earning a nod against his shoulder.

"Damn." He sighed before letting a quiet laugh slip. "I don't think I'm really surprised, though." He said after a few moments.

"Me neither." Teller added, earning a louder laugh from Wan-Nu.

When an awkward silence took over, Teller pushed himself to his unsteady feet and turned to Wan-Nu. "Can I just go back to the hotel, please?" He was no longer a damsel in distress, so he couldn't see a logical reason why they would worry over him more than simple gestures.

"No." Came Sahn-Re's response, surprising Teller as he turned his attention to the young man climbing out of the bed to stand beside him. "You look like you are about to fall over." His words came out nearly as loud as a shout, making Teller's eyes widen slightly.

When Sahn-Re tucked his head, Teller frowned. "And I wasn't fast enough to keep you from getting hurt... but I can make sure you don't go back."

I'm pretty sure that's called kidnapping, and it's hopefully as illegal here as it was back in the United States.

"Don't scare him like that, Sahn-Re. You know we can't keep him here against his will." En-Ti said, finally stepping into the conversation.

Sahn-Re only glared at him, but when he turned his attention back to Teller, he seemed a little more deflated. Where did all of his energy go?

"I'm sorry I'm worrying you all, but I need to go." Teller said before turning and forcing himself to ignore the pain shooting through his legs as his feet move.

He was halfway to the front door when he leaned against the wall to his left, needing to take a break and catch his breath. If I can just show them that I can walk out on my own, they should hopefully consider that I'm well enough to return.

"Take another step toward the door and I'm going to kick you right in the knee." Tay-Yun said, stepping up beside him and leaning over as he spoke so that Teller could hear the threat loud and clear, and see the smirk and eagerly raised eyebrows that went along with it.

You...

"You wouldn't." Teller hissed out unintentionally, the pain he was feeling changing the tone of his voice.

Tay-Yun's grin widened for a fraction of a second, then disappeared as the rest of the group appeared from Sahn-Re's bedroom and began heading toward them.

"Glad that we come to agreement." Tay-Yun said in broken English as he abruptly reached over and scooped Teller up into his arms.

"Hey!" Teller yelled at the same time he buried his face against Tay-Yun's neck, trying not to literally scream from his legs brushing against Tay-Yun's sides.

He felt his arms tighten around him as he turned away from the hallway leading to the front door. Teller felt him stop walking a moment later. "Just give me the medicine, and don't give me any crap about this. Sahn-Re, you need to practice, and so does En-Ti."

Wan-Nu started saying something, but Tay-Yun cut him off quickly. "If he dozes off again, he can just use my bed. I have a song to work on anyways, so I probably won't be sleeping much tonight."

No one argued, so Tay-Yun continued on his way after likely taking the tube of medication. Teller felt himself slip in and out of consciousness as he walked, until he felt himself being laid down.

Forcing one eye open, he gave a big yawn, then blinked Tay-Yun's image into focus. "Can you get your shirt off?"

Nodding, Teller slowly pushed himself up, then grabbed the hem of his shirt. He was a bit off-balance and swayed back and forth, but painfully managed to get it off. He let it drop to the side, then fell right back down on his back with a hiss. The crisp, cold sheets felt amazing against his hot skin, coaxing him to close his eyes again.

He didn't blink them open again until he felt something chilly being rubbed against his bare shoulders. "Don't stare at me like that, it's weird." Tay-Yun said as he hurried to spread the medicine over Teller's many bruises. Wan-Nu hadn't been joking about how well it worked. While the pills had definitely been great, the medication was just heavenly.

"I don't want to know what that face is. Change back to the other, less creepy one." Tay-Yun said as he finished up, then sat back on his knees beside him.

"Feels good." Teller slurred, feeling a tad bit high from the sudden relief the medication brought.

Heaving a loud sigh, Tay-Yun reached down and began unbuttoning Teller's pants, instantly drawing him out of his happy cloud. He couldn't push himself up anymore, but he did glare and shift his hips to try and keep his pants on.

"The hell do you think you're doing!" Teller shouted, trying his best to lift one of his legs and kick Tay-Yun, but barely managing to even lift it a few inches off the bed.

The sound of footsteps darting down the hall allowed him to calm down a little and drew another frustrated sigh from Tay-Yun as he stood back up and turned to face Wan-Nu, Sahn-Re, and En-Ti. All Teller could do was turn his head to stare at them, his mouth slightly open to pant, his lack of breath caused by the surprise of nearly losing his pants.

"What are you doing to him?" Sahn-Re growled as he began walking forward, only to be shoved aside as Tay-Yun walked over to Wan-Nu and whispered something in his ear.

Their manager didn't look happy, at all, but he nodded and gestured for Sahn-Re and En-Ti to leave. Neither looked willing, but when he pointed to the door and said "We need to do something important. I promise we won't hurt him, Tay-Yun just spooked him by mistake."

Spooked him my ass! He was trying to take my pants off!

Unfortunately, Sahn-Re and En-Ti only gave him an apologetic look before leaving the room. Wan-Nu walked over and locked the door, making Teller's heart twist like the mechanism that just took away any slim possibility of help he'd had.

"It's going to be okay." Wan-Nu said as he turned around, likely seeing Teller's terrified face. "We need to put medicine on your legs."

Teller forced his head back and forth, but neither of them seemed to accept him declining their help as they stopped in front of him, then Tay-Yun returned to sit beside him. The idea that Tay-Yun would just hold him down while Wan-Nu removed his pants had Teller's heartbeat skyrocketing, but when he just met his eyes and both men remained still, Teller slowly began to calm down.

"If you don't let us do this, we will have to take you to the hospital." Wan-Nu said while looking down at the floor. He looked ashamed, but also worried and nervous.

Tay-Yun remained silent, but when Teller's breathing finally calmed completely, he reached back down to the button of Teller's pants and carefully undid it. He wanted to fight, but his body just couldn't find the strength anymore, and his mind was so stressed out that it couldn't fully comprehend half of what was happening by the time they had his shoes and pants off. Thankfully, they didn't touch his boxers, but it still freaked him out to be nearly naked in front of complete strangers.

"I will do it carefully, so tell me if I'm hurting you and I will do it lighter." Wan-Nu said, having taken the tube from Tay-Yun.

Teller fidgeted a little when Wan-Nu reached toward him with a bit of medicine on his fingers. He immediately retracted his hand and looked at Tay-Yun the same time the guy stared up at him with an annoyed expression.

"I'll just do it." He said, taking the tube and adding a large amount of medicine to his hand.

He wasn't gentle, and Teller had to bite his tongue on a few choice curse words before he was halfway done. Wan-Nu watched his leg in case he needed to reach down to keep him from trying to kick, and told Tay-Yun to be more gentle, but it was like the guy couldn't even hear him.

To Teller's surprise, Tay-Yun finished both of his legs in less than five minutes. They still ached badly from his strength, but as the medicine began to kick in, Teller couldn't say that he was upset. His mind actually turned to mush as his eyelids drooped.

"Ah, I think it's working." Wan-Nu said as Tay-Yun's weight disappeared from the bed beside Teller.

He was about to pass out right then and there, when he felt the bed dip next to his head. Strong hands carefully held him around his armpits to keep from grabbing onto any of the bruises, and slowly pulled him back. His head was lifted a moment later and a pillow slid beneath it.

"He's going to be asleep any second now." Came Tay-Yun's voice as the weight beside him disappeared again.

Wan-Nu responded, but Teller couldn't make sense of it as he drifted between being awake and asleep. Some time later, whether it was seconds, minutes, or hours, he heard the door open and close, then the lock click. A few moments later, the bed depressed somewhere to his left. His heart picked up as a feeling of  unease and confusion swept through his body, pushing him to try and remember where he was and who could be beside him, but when the sound of blankets rustling was the only thing he heard for the next several minutes, he slowly felt himself beginning to calm down again.

"Go back to sleep."

Tay-Yun... He couldn't find a reason to decline as he remembered what happened. There would be no getting away with having not gone back to the hotel, so Teller decided to not worry about it till morning. With a barely-there smile, he whispered on a near-silent breath. "Night."

He didn't expect a response, and after a few moments he was already slipping back into the blissful darkness of sleep.

"...night."
