"I'm so excited to start uni!"

"You've said that for the thousandth time, Jungkook!"

"Oops," Jungkook shrugged, grinning widely as he packed his things and stuffed them quickly.

"Hyung," Jungkook hummed, "should I take a suit with me as well? Will be needing suits? I don't think so. Will I?"

"Aish," Junghyoon chuckled, ruffling the latter's hair, causing a whine from Jungkook.
"Don't panic, Jungkook. You'll be fine. And yes, take a suit."

"What? Why? Will I be needing them-"

"Yes. Yes you will. The university hosts a party every Christmas, and I guess they'll do a formal theme this time," Junghyoon said, eyeing some papers as he set then aside.

"Huh," Jungkook muttered, "A party,"

"Kook," His brother sighed, walking up to him.
"You'll be fine, Kook. Don't worry. I graduated from uni too, yeah? It's not a hellhole."

"I hope so, hyung." He said, ending the conversation for the rest of the night.

One week, Jungkook thought as he fell into bed, the covers wrapping him up. The excitement and anxiety didn't let him sleep, but he managed.

The week passed by earlier than he'd wanted, buzz of vehicles reaching his ear as he stood at the doorstep.

"You have everything, right? Jackets. Did you take jackets? I heard it gets real cold in Seoul."

"Yes mom," Jungkook nodded like a good boy as his mother kept on asking him.

"Alright then. You're all set!" She smiled.

"I'll miss you, lil bro," Junghyoon laughed, "Defeat them all in overwatch or don't consider yourself my brother."

"Oh hyung, I will. And when I'm back I'll even defeat you," Jungkook smirked.

His brother chortled, "As if! Keep dreaming!"

Their mother shook her head, watching the two boys have a friendly bicker, ending it with hugs and a pat on the back.

"I'll miss you, Jungkookie," she said, sniffing.

"Eomma, don't cry! Don't turn into those wattpad moms," he shook his head.

"Huh," Mrs. Jeon faked being offended, laughing, "If I were a wattpad mom, I'd pressure you every night to get good grades to 'keep up the family reputation'. Instead I'm telling you, right here at this time, that, Kook, use protection."

Jungkook blushed a furious scarlet as he backed away.
"Mom!" He said, embarrassed. His mother wiped her tears away, laughing as she hugged her son.

"Stay safe." She kissed his head as the train arrived.

"I will. You too. Tell dad that I'll miss him. Love you," Jungkook waved as he got onto the train.

"Love you." His mother waved, watching the train whoosh by, a tear falling as Jungkook waving hand disappeared when the train reached too far.

Two hours, two hours; Jungkook tapped his shoes as he blasted some music in his ear, jamming silently.

Seoul University Of Arts, his dream college. The college had a prestigious position in the top 10 universities of Korea, known for its diversity.

The students there had to take classes of their own interest, just the basic subjects to get you a degree were common amongst all.
If you were a photography student, there were courses for it. Here, Jungkook was aiming to become a major in law.

He looked around, bored, as his favorite band SHINee blasted in his ears.

"Is this seat taken?" A passenger asked, making him look up.

Jungkook looked up to see a bright, fluff ball of sunshine standing there, red hair glistening in the train lights, with a green and blue jumper.

"Nah," Jungkook scooted, giving the man space.

"Thanks," he said, sitting down.

"Whatcha listening?" The man asked as he took the earphones from Jungkook- startling him- and listened.

"Ah, SHINee! It's literally what I listen to all day," the man smiled brightly, heart shaped smile making Jungkook smile too.

"Their music is just..."

"Lit, right?"

Jungkook nodded, smiling wide.

"Jung Hoseok," the man smiled, extending his hand towards him.

"Jeon Jungkook," He said as they shook hands.

"Going to uni?" Hoseok asked, gesturing to the book filled backpack and rest of the luggage Jungkook had.

"Oh yeah, Seoul University Of Arts," Jungkook stated proudly.

Hoseok's eyes widened, "Really? Me too! I'm in my fourth year. I wanna major in dancing but 'm studying arts for the while."

"I think I want to major in law," Jungkook spoke, suprised.

"First time, right? You're a first year?"

"Mm hm," Jungkook nodded, looking down. He was nervous, but that didn't stop his flow of excitement. This was his dream.

"Ah, don't worry, Jungkook. It's not a nightmare. It's honestly a good place! Greenery and parties and clean dorms-"

Hoseok and Jungkook chatted till the train reached the station, and then Hoseok was kind enough to drop him off, so in the car they chatted dome more. Hoseok also had one more stop, stopping by a bus station, to pick up one more friend of his.

On the way, he, Hoseok and his friend- who was a very savagely cute person called Min Yoongi with mint hair and a pale skin, majoring in music.

Finally, they reached, making Jungkook sqeak out when they reached the campus.

Hoseok was right, it was huge, a big campus surrounded by greenery and vast stretches of football fields.

"I'm excited more than you know, holy shit." Jungkook's eyes widened as the urge to run around took over, he was fully pumped for this.

Heck yeah, he nodded, heading off to his assigned room. Which was his lucky number too, Dorm 21. He pranced around the hallways and waved to everyone, some of them even chuckled at his cuteness.

He really was fucking pumped .
