Elijah drove Rory's car to the mansion, they got out and Klaus came out of the house to greet them.

"You live here?" asked Rory amazed

"Now so do you love" he said

Rory smiled at Klaus and he smiled at her but she saw that it was a genuine smile not a fake one. Rory walked up to him and hugged him. Klaus picked her up and spun her around as she squealed.

"Not that I mind a hug Love but what was it for?"

"Just for being you" she replied kissing him on the cheek.

Rory turned around to see Elijah leaning against the car almost scowling at his brother.

"Now now there is plenty of me to go around" Said Rory looking at Elijah who perked up a bit at her words.

Rory was led into the house by Klaus, the second she walked through the door she was speechless.

"Woah, its...beautiful"

"I suppose it is"

"Klaus are you done playing housemate? we have a ritual to prepare for, or am I the only one that remembers?" said Gretta walking out of the living room.

"That's Greta she's performing the ritual" whispered Klaus into Rory's ear "She's quite demanding" he said with a cheeky smile.

"I could just go home you know" she said crossing her arms, Gretta looked at Rory confused.

"This her?" she asked

"It is" said Klaus

"Come with me" said Gretta as she walked back into the living room

Rory looked at Klaus who nodded at her and so she followed Gretta. She was sitting in the living room with many old books around her. Elijah and Klaus were watching close by.

"I need some of your blood" she said holding up a knife

Rory could sense Klaus and Elijah tense up at her words, they didn't want her getting hurt, they wanted to protect her by any means.

"Your the one who asked me to confirm this so don't shoot the messenger" she said looking at Klaus.

Rory held out her hand as Gretta used the knife to draw blood, Rory could feel Elijah and Klaus getting antsy. Gretta turned over her hand and let it pour into a bowl. Klaus sat down beside Rory and bit into his finger letting his blood drop onto her wound which healed in less than a minute.

"Thanks"

"No problem" he said bring her hand up and kissing it 

The three of them watched as Gretta mumbled her spell, seconds later the bowls erupted into flames, Gretta stopped chanting her spell.

"Well?" asked Klaus

"She's the one, she's your mate, well she's all of your mates, even Finn"

"Who's Finn?" asked Rory

"The oldest Mikaelson sibling" explained Klaus

"What of Rebekah?" asked Elijah

"She will have her own mate"

"So I'm the mate of the worlds most territorial vampires...Great" she said sarcastically

Later that day Rory was in one of the bedrooms unpacking her stuff when she felt a presence standing behind her.

"Can I help you?" she asked not even turning around

"How did you know I...?"

"I could sense you" she said.

"There's no sneaking up on you is there love?" he asked snaking his arms around her waist from behind.

"I wouldn't recommend it" she said turning around with a smile on her face, she wrapped her arms around his neck "Can I ask you something?"

"Of course"

"When am I going to get to meet the others?"

Klaus's smile dropped a little as he sighed "After the ritual"

"You promise?"

"I promise"

"Klaus!" 

"It would seem I'm needed" he said kissing Rory's cheek and walking out of the room

"Have fun"

A few days later and it was the day for the ritual and Rory was getting nervous, she knew that the others would try something to stop Klaus from killing Elena.

Rory walked into the living room but saw no one, she walked through the house until she came across the dinning room where three coffins laid.

"As promised" said Klaus as he appeared from no where

"I didn't think you would listen" she said running her hand over the top of one of the coffins.

"There's nothing I wouldn't do for you love" he said walking up to her

"Really?"

"Within reason" he said thinking about his words

"Still I appreciate the thought"

"The Salvatore's are here with Elena and Miss Bennet" said Elijah

"What joy" said Rory with a hell of a lot of sass.

Klaus chuckled and took Rory's hand as the three of them walked into the living room. They walked into the room and sat down.

"You're brave coming here, today of all days"

"We have a proposition for you" said Elena

"Can't wait to hear it"

"I will die in the ritual if you let Bonnie bring me back with the help of my uncle"

"Uncle John's here?" asked Rory leaning forward in his seat.

"He is and he's willing to give me his life force"

"Will the ritual still work?" Klaus asked Gretta

"It should"

"Then it would seem you have your deal Elena"

Rory stood up and left the room while Klaus and the others hashed out the plan. She was about to leave the house when she felt a presence behind her.

"What?" she asked turning around to see Elijah

"Where are you going darling?"

"To say goodbye to my uncle"

Elijah nodded and walked up to her and took her hands "I will come with you"

Elijah pulled up to the Gilbert house ad got out of the car, he sped around to Rory's door and opened it as she got out.

They walked up to the house as Jenna opened the door, she stared at Rory for a while before hugging her.

"Miss you kid" she said

"I missed you too"

"Aurora?"

Rory pulled away from the hug and looked at the man standing in the door way, John Gilbert.

"Hi Uncle John" she said nervously fiddling with her sleeve.

"Hey kid, you've really grown"

"Its been a  long time...This is Elijah by the way"

"Ah yes the Original" he said holding out his hand

Elijah shook John's hand and they all went into the house.

"So I hear you're going to die" said Rory bluntly

"Its what's best, I never got to be a good father to Elena, I can make up for that now"

"So this is your last day on earth and your spending it here?" she asked confused

"With my family"

"Elijah can I have a word?" asked Jenna who walked into the kitchen with Elijah in tow
