Joe, Mika and baby Elijah have been home for three days now! Joe and Mika have been settling in have a newborn baby in the house again along with their eight children coming to visit or living with them.

Joe's two eldest boys Joey wirh his wife Catherine and Andrew and his wife Brianna visited for a few hours!

Andrew and Brianna live not to far away in Florida while Joey and Catherine live in Nashville Tennessee!

Emilie and Carlie are in town visiting as well as Tia's twins Emilie and William who are like children to Mika as well. Emilie brought along her dog Callie and Carlie brought her dog Hobson.

Joe's two youngest Kate and Jack live with him part time as part of the custody arrangement with their mom Susan!

Right now, Emilie, Carlie, Emilie G and Kate just finished swimming and are now dressed while Jack and William are playing video games in the living room.

William and Jack both scream playfully as they lose the level in the game and William's twin sister scolds him.

"Can y'all keep it down? Mika, Joe and Elijah are sleeping!" Emilie G yells at William and Jack.

"They are asleep upstairs! That's far away from here!" William says with sass at Emilie G and she rolls her eyes at her brother.

"My dad can sleep through a lot of noise. Well, most noise." Jack says with a chuckle.

"Elijah should be waking up soon. How long do babies sleep for?" Kate asks as she begins to pet Spagehtti and Meatball, giving them some love.

"All day!" Jack says jokingly since he was the youngest of the kids up until Elijah was born and has no idea about babies.

"Not all day! They eat a few times a day! When did Mika feed him last?" Kate says to Jack with sass.

"Mom wrote it down in her notepad over here. Let's see, Elijah last ate at 10:15am. It is almost 1 now. He might be getting ready to wake up to eat." Carlie says out loud to everyone.

"But mom and Joe just went to sleep. I know they haven't been adjusting to the no sleep thing that well, after all it's been a while for the both of them to take care of a baby." Emilie says as she continues to pet Callie.

"Maybe we should watch him so they can get some sleep. It can't be that hard." Emilie G says to everyone.

"I'll go get him! I'm the most quiet." Carlie says as she playfully poses and laughs,

"No you aren't, miss I almost fell up the stairs on your 21st birthday." Emilie says to her stubborn little sister.

"You did the same thing! I can get him and we can watch him down here. He has a swing and a pack 'n' play to sleep in. Joe has instructions on how to make a bottle in the kitchen! This won't be hard for a few hours." Emilie says to Carlie.

"Mom needs her sleep. You know how cranky she can be." Carlie says as he giggles.

"And our dad too!" Kate and Jack both say as they laugh loudly.

Carlie slowly goes up the steps and walks into the master bedroom.

Elijah is still sleeping in his bassinet but is stirring a little, meaning he is about to wake up.

Meanwhile, Joe is bellyflopped on the bed and is passed out asleep while Mika is cuddling next to him sleeping as well.

Carlie picks up Elijah out of his bassinet and she quietly leaves the master bedroom, shutting the door behind her.

Carlie goes carefully down each step one by one, careful to not fall like Mika did when Carlie was a few months old.

"He is still sleeping but I can tell he is about to wake up." Carlie says cradling her baby brother in her arms and sitting on the couch,

"Well, let me get the diaper and wipes!" Emilie G says happily

"And I'll figure out how to make a bottle for him!" Kate says as she walks into the kitchen.

"And I'll entertain him!" Jack says as Carlie hands Elijah to him.

"Me too!" William says with some sass causing everybody to laugh.

Callie, Hobson, Meatball and Spaghetti all walk over to William, Jack, Elijah and Carlie and they all begin to sniff Elijah.

Elijah squirms around and slowly starts to open his eyes.

"Aww, Callie, Hobson, Spaghetti and Meatball all love Elijah! That's so sweet." Emilie says as she takes pictures of the animals with Elijah.

"Look! he's waking up now" Carlie says in a low voice as she smiles at her baby brothe.

Elijah makes small baby sounds as he wakes up more in Jack's arms.

"He is really waking up, I haven't seen his eyes that much! He is really cute." William says, reaching out to touch Elijah's head.

"He doesn't have brown eyes like the rest of us Scarboroughs do! He has Mika's blue eyes!" Jack says as he giggles and smiles.

Emilie G returns from the bathroom with baby wipes and a new diaper in hand.

"So who wants to have the honor and changing him?" Emilie G asks, holding up the diaper.

Both William and Jack quickly shake their heads no. Emilie G, Carlie and Emilie all chuckle at the boys reaction.

"I can give it a try." Emilie says and takes the diaper and the wipes from Emilie G.

"Do you think it's okay that we do this on the couch?" Emilie asks wondering where to change the newborn.

"I think we maybe should use a towel underneath him. I'll go get my pool towel." Carlie says and walks out to get her towel from the drying rack.

"I wonder who he looks like?" Emilie G asks as she takes pictures of Emilie and Elijah together.

"I see a lot of my grandpa in him. Chief. He would have been so happy to have another grandson and spoil him. Especially from my mom, shh don't tell Uncle Ian or Uncle Mark." Emilie says with a giggle.

"And my mom too! She would have spoiled Elijah rotten too! Just like she spoiled all of us." Emilie G says, reminiscing her and William's late mother, Tia.

"Luckily, he doesn't have Dad's big nose!" Kate says as she walks in with a nice warm bottle for Elijah.

"He is a cute mixture of mom and Joe I think." Emilie says with a smile.

Carlie arrives with the towel with the two dogs running after her.

"Sorry, Hobson and Callie were really wanting this towel!" Carlie says putting the towel on the couch and Emilie places Elijah on it.

Emilie carefully changes Elijah's diaper, luckily it was just a number one and not a number two. Also, luckily Elijah doesn't pee on her.

"Is this diaper on right?" Emilie asks Emilie G, Carlie, Kate, Jack and William, not sure what she is doing.

"I think so!" Kate says as she laughs.

"How many people does it take to change a diaper?" William asks playfully.

"Six apparently!" Jack says as everyone laughs.

"Can I feed him?" Kate asks Emilie with a cheeky smile.

"Sure!" Emilie says as she carefully hands Elijah to Kate.

Elijah squirms around and slowly starts to open his eyes.

Kate shakes the bottle before she puts it up to Elijah's mouth. Elijah begins to drink his bottle and Kate awws at her little brother.

"He seems hungry." Jack says and sits down next to Kate.

"He sure was hungry." Carlie says with a little giggle.

Emilie, Carlie, Emilie G and William all sit down on the sofa again and looks at Elijah who's happily drinking his bottle from Kate.

"How can someone who is only four days old be that cute?" Emilie G asks and moves closer to Kate to get a closer look on Elijah's face.

"He is nearly as cute as me." William says with some sass at his sister and Emilie G rolls her eyes at him.

"You are no where near as cute as Elijah!" Emilie G says and hits her twin brother loosely at the arm.

"Ugh! Why are you hitting me?" William asks Emilie G.

"Because you are being immature and ruining our moment with Elijah." Emilie G says with sass.

"Do I need to remind you that we are the same age?" William asks his twin sister with some sass.

Emilie G rolls her eyes and ignores her twin brother, turning the attention back to Elijah.

Elijah finishes his bottle and Kate holds him up to her shoulder to burp him.

"Come on baby, get those burps out." Kate says playfully and strokes Elijah's back.

Elijah burps loudly and throws up a bit on Kate's shoulder.

"That's right baby. Now you'll feel better." Kate says in a babyfied voice, stroking Elijah's back

"Eww, he spit up on you!" Jack says as he gags a little and joked with his sister.

"At least it was on the burp towel and not in Kate's hair." Emilie says with a giggle.

"I think I made him too much formula to drink." Kate says as she giggles.

"What color is his hair I wonder?" Emilie G asks playfully.

"It looks like a reddish brown! Andrew is a red head, so maybe that's where he got it from." Kate says with a grin.

"Yeah, Andrew said he was happy that's someone else had some red hair in this family!" William says with a chuckle.

"Maybe! I think Chief had reddish brown hair too!" Carlie says with a smile.

"I was a blonde until I got to be like seven years old." Jack says with a grin.

"No matter what, he's the cutest baby ever." Kate says and kisses Elijah on the head.

"Of course he is, he's our little brother." Jack says with pride.

"He is like the best and cutest baby I've ever seen." William says and looks down at the little wonder that is Elijah now laying in Kate's lap.

Meatball and Spaghetti both hop up on the couch. Emilie strokes Meatball's fur as he purrs.

"Do you want to join our baby time with Elijah? Yes you do." Emilie G says as she sits down next to Emilie and strokes Spaghetti's back.

"I thought we wouldn't have any more siblings other than you guys and then Elijah comes along! He is the best surprise ever." Carlie says and admires Elijah in Kate's lap.

Elijah begins to fuss and moves his legs.

"What's wrong, baby? You can't have peed again?" Emilie says and looks wondering at Elijah.

"I think he just wants to be held, maybe I could hold him?" Emilie G says and looks at Kate.

"Of course, give it a try." Kate says and hands Elijah over to Emilie G.

Emilie G carefully rocks Elijah and he calms down instantly.

"Shhh, it's okay." Emilie G says as she kisses Elijah's head.

"Maybe he misses Mika, his mom." Jack says to everyone.

"Maybe! But I want mom and Joe to sleep some. I don't even know how much they slept since they have been home. Probably not a lot." Emilie says as she smiles at Elijah.

Meanwhile upstairs, Mika and Joe are still fast asleep, cuddling with each other in bed.

Mika slowly begins to wake up and she kisses Joe's cheek a few times, causing Joe to smile.

"Hi, baby." Joe says as he slowly opens his sleepy eyes, looking at Mika.

"Good morning or afternoon, handsome. I'm not sure what time it exactly is." Mika replies with a small giggle and pulls closer to Joe.

Mika and Joe kiss each other a few times and they smile at each other happily.

"Did you sleep well, Meek?" Joe asks and kisses Mika on the cheek as he pulls her even closer.

"Yes, I did. I feel so well and rested for once. How about you?" Mika says with a giggle as Joe walks his fingers over her waist.

"I slept really good. And being well rested looks really good on you, Mama." Joe says and kisses Mika's forehead.

As Mika hears the word Mama, Mika abruptly sits up in bed and looks around the master bedroom.

Mika stands up and walks over to Elijah's bassinet. Mika looks worryingly at Joe, realizing the bassinet is empty.

"He is gone! He is not here!" Mika says and looks at Joe and then at the empty bassinet.

Mika starts to breath super fast and tears starts to form in her eyes, thinking her baby boy has been kidnapped.

"He is gone! Where is he?" Mika cries loudly at Joe.

"Calm down, baby. Calm down. Elijah is perfectly fine." Joe says as he gets up out of bed and brings Mika in to a big hug.

"Not he isn't! He is gone!" Mika yells as she continues to cry.

"It's alright baby. Elijah is fine." Joe continues to try to calm Mika down.

"How do you know! He isn't in here!" Mika yells as Joe and Joe places his finger on Mika's lip and he places a kiss on Mika's temple as he rubs her arms.

"He is downstairs with his sisters and brothers." Joe whispers in Mika's ear.

"H-h-how do you know? He might be gone!" Mika says to Joe as she continues to tear up.

"I heard Carlie when she came in here to get him. You were fast asleep and I was just laying there with my eyes closed before eventually falling asleep myself. He is perfectly fine." Joe whispers into Mika's ear and wraps his arms tighter around Mika.

Mika stops to cry and places her arms around Joe's waist.

"These kids are going to give me a freaking heart attack I swear." Mika says as she wipes away her tears and continues to hug Joe.

Joe chuckles and continues to hug Mika.

"We have pretty good kids though. All of them are successful and happy. That's all that matters, right?" Joe says and Mika happily nods.

"We are so lucky with them too. All of them did well or doing well in school, working and just great young people." Mika says as she kisses Joe and Joe kisses back.

"Elijah will be a good boy too, just like his older brothers are." Joe says as Mika smiles with a little giggle.

"Why did they take Elijah downstairs anyway? Especially without asking us?" Mika asks Joe.

"I'm assuming the kids just wanted to help us out with Elijah and let us sleep some. They are all teenagers and adults now so I think they can watch a baby for an hour or so." Joe says as he begins to rub Mika's shoulders.

"I guess so. Some of them have experience taking care of their younger siblings." Mika says and leans her head on Joe's chest.

Joe kisses the top of Mika's head and pats her back.

"Let's go downstairs and see how they're doing." Joe says and lifts Mika's chin up, causing Mika to smile.

"Yeah, we should see how it's going. Elijah must be hungry." Mika says and loosens her embrace on Joe and kisses him.

Mika and Joe head downstairs and can hear the kids chatting in the living room as they reach the bottom of the stairs.

Mika wraps her robe closer as they enter the kitchen.

Both Mika and Joe stops and leans against the doorframe as they see Emilie G sitting with Elijah in her arms, surrounded by her brother, step siblings and honorary siblings.

Mika smiles up at Joe who meets her gaze with a big grin.

"They're doing fine. Elijah seems to be having the time of his life." Joe whispers in Mika's ear before they make their presence known to the kids.

Mika and Joe then quietly walk into the living room with big smiles, smiling at Kate, Jack, William, Emilie G, Elijah, Emilie and Carlie all sitting together with the animals laying on the floor.

"Hi, Mom! Hi, Joe!" Emilie says with a big smile.

"Hi, Mika and Joe!" Emilie G and William both say in unison as Emilie G continues to hold Elijah in her arms.

"Hey, Dad and Mika!" Jack and Kate both say with smiles as well.

"Hey, Mom and Joe! You two should be still sleeping upstairs!" Carlie says with some sass.

"You guys gave me a heart attack! I woke up and I thought Elijah was missing." Mika says as she begins to pet Callie, Hobson, Meatball and Spaghetti's heads one by one.

"We all wanted you two to get some sleep! We all know you two are tired getting used to having a newborn." Kate says to Mika and Joe.

"I snuck in and took Elijah down here. Don't worry I didn't drop him or fall down the steps." Carlie says playfully to Mika and she giggles.

"That was thoughtful for you all to do that. Mika and I both really needed that long nap." Joe says as he rubs Mika's back.

"Elijah had his diaper changed and drank a bottle and he has been sleeping pretty much ever since." Emilie explains to her mom and stepdad.

"You're all so wonderful." Mika says and tears up a bit on her wonderfully thoughtful daughters, step kids and honorary kids.

"I love you all so much." Mika says as she tries to squeeze them all into a big group hug.

"And you mister, you are such a lucky boy." Mika says as she bends down and places a kiss on Elijah's head.

Elijah stirs awake and cries softly.

"It's okay buddy. We are here. We are all here." Joe says, comforting Elijah with his voice.

"Do you want to take him?" Emilie G asks Mika and Joe.

"I can take him if you want to." Joe says and Emilie G carefully hands him Elijah.

"Hi, bud! You are back with Dada now! Yes, your siblings did a great job taking care of you, didn't they? They all love you so so so much and so do I and your Mama and everyone else! Yes, they do." Joe says in a babyfied voice as Elijah settles in to his arms.

"He looks so little in your arms. Awww." Mika says as he kisses Joe's cheek before rubbing Elijah's head.

Elijah coos happily in his Dad's arms as Joe happily walks around the house.

"Hi, Spaghetti! Hi, Meatball! And hi, Hobson and Callie! Have you been good boys and girl?" Mika says in a babyfied voice at the pets.

"We all might go to Bamba's house a little bit. She is feeling better and she wants to see Elijah and all of you." Joe says as he continues to rub Elijah's back.

For the rest of the day, Mika, Joe, Elijah, Emilie, Carlie, Emilie G, William, Kate and Jack all spend time together and head to Bamba's house! :)
