Today is a beautiful Sunday in Juniper, Florida!

Joe and Mika are peacefully laying together in bed, both still fast asleep after a long and extremely fun night last night!

Last night, Joe and Mika celebrated their first wedding anniversary a day early since their anniversary is on a Sunday and they have to get up early on Monday for Morning Joe.

Joe and Mika had a romantic dinner at home, talked for hours like they both love to do, went in the hot tub and had lots of fun in the bedroom.

This past year has flown by fast and Joe and Mika cannot believe that they have been married a year already.

Joe, Mika and her mother Emilie have all moved to Florida for the better weather and so they can help take care of Emilie. Mika's mother lives down the road from Joe and Mika and they help take care of her since she has Parkinson's and dementia.

Joe's youngest son Jack just started middle school while his daughter Kate is a sophomore in high school! Mika's youngest daughter Carlie is a senior in college while Tia's twins Emilie and William are seniors in high school!

Mika slowly wakes up and smiles as she feels the warmth of Joe muscular arms holding her close to him as he lays his head on her back.

Mika tries to wiggle out of Joe's grip to go to the bathroom but she can't seem to have a sleeping Joe let go. The more Mika tries to wiggle out of Joe's big and strong arms, the tighter he pulls her towards him.

"Baby. Baby. Baby." Mika says to Joe softly, trying to get him to wake up and let go of his grip on her, which she really likes but she really has to pee

Joe squeezes onto Mika tighter, making Mika giggle and smile.

"Joe, I really have to pee. Please let me get up. Please." Mika says softly to her husband and Joe keeps holding onto her.

"No, don't get up. Stay in bed with me." Joe mumbles, keeping his eyes closed and his arms wrapped around Mika's tiny waist.

"Then I'll wet the bed, baby. Let go of me, I have to really pee." Mika says as she tries to release Joe's grip but fails because she isn't as strong as him.

"I'd really like that, Meek." Joe whispers into Mika's ear before kissing down her neck and shoulder.

"Not with pee you won't!" Mika says as Joe giggles.

"I loveeeee you, wet." Joe says seductively making Mika blush and smile.

"You're too sleepy. I'll pee in the bed." Mika says jokingly as Joe giggles and bites Mika's ear playfully.

"Go ahead, it will be hot to me, Meek." Joe says as Mika giggles at Joe's dirty joke.

All of Joe's regular or dirty jokes always made Mika laugh and feel happy.

"Joe, I'm serious! We'll have to change the sheets if I pee in the bed! And you know I really hate changing sheets on this bed." Mika says to Joe as she manages to turn over to face him.

"We already have to change the sheets, baby. Remember all of the fun we had last night?" Joe asks Mika seductively and sleepily, causing Mika to blush as she reminisces on the night full of romance and sex to commemorate their first wedding anniversary that is today.

"Thank goodness none of the kids were home to hear us. Last night was absolutely amazing, baby." Mika says softly to Joe.

Mika and Joe kiss each other a few times and then look at each other in the eyes.

"You are so amazing, baby." Joe mumbles softly as Mika blushes and smiles.

"Well, it wasn't only my work, handsome." Mika says, kissing up and down Joe's bare chest as he hums happily.

"You worked pretty hard too! I'd say we are the perfect team on and off the air." Mika says, looking into Joe's brown eyes.

"We sure are, Meek. Happy first wedding anniversary, love. We made it a year and a lot of people thought it wouldn't last." Joe says, nuzzling his face in Mika's neck, causing Mika to giggle.

"Don't make me laugh like this! I'll wet the bed for real!" Mika says to Joe and Joe smirks.

"And happy anniversary, honey. We are proving everyone wrong and I love it." Mika says with a sly grin and Joe smirks back.

Joe gently pulls Mika into a deep kiss, causing her and him to both moan happily.

"I'm just so happy. The happiest I've been in a really long time and it's all because of you." Joe says softly and Mika blushes.

"I'm a pretty lucky girl too." Mika says, pushing Joe into another deep kiss.

Joe battles Mika for dominance but Mika ultimately wins.

"I love you, baby. I love all of you." Mika says to Joe.

"I love you too, baby. Thank you for making me such a better person." Joe says as Mika smiles and rubs Joe's cheeks.

"You make me a better person too." Mika says as Joe kisses her nose

"I wish you kept some facial hair, Joe. It looks so hot on you." Mika says as she continues to rub Joe's cheeks and Joe giggles.

"You know a shaven face looks better on TV." Joe says to Mika and Mika smirks.

"Maybe I'll make you grow some facial hair then." Mika says seductively to Joe and Joe smirks.

"How baby?" Joe asks Mike playfully.

"Maybe I'll refuse you my body." Mika says seductively and Joe chuckles lightly.

"You and I both know you wouldn't be able to hold that promise." Joe says to Mika as Mika giggles and kisses Joe.

"That's true. I don't know how we don't kiss each other during Morning Joe." Mika says playfully to Joe as she smiles at him.

"I'll have to start a little make out sessions with you during commercial breaks then." Joe says with a wink as Mika giggles.

"I like the sound of that." Mika says seductively as she and Joe kiss a few times.

"Me too, baby." Joe says, kissing Mika's shoulder and her cheek.

"What do you want to do today?" Joe asks Mika softly as he holds onto her tightly.

"Laying here in bed sounds quite comfortable to me." Mika says as Joe kisses her cheek again.

"I know baby but we have to do something special today. It's our first wedding anniversary after all." Joe says to Mika softly with a smile.

"Hmm, maybe we can go to a nice restaurant for dinner? Dress up a little bit too. You know I love you in a sharp suit." Mika says as as she rubs Joe's chest.

"Mmm, I can't wait to see you in a hot outfit, Meek." Joe says as Mika giggles.

"I don't have any new dresses but I can wear a nice outfit just for you, baby." Mika says softly to Joe and Joe smiles again.

"Your birthday suit is fine, if it's only me you're showing it to." Joe says, pulling Mika closer and peppers her chest with lots of kisses.

"Mmmm, that's an idea, baby." Mika says softly to Joe before she kisses Joe a few times and smiles at him.

"I can't believe we have been married for a year. It feels like it just happened yesterday." Mika says as plays with Joe's hair.

"I know. And I still can't believe you are actually mine." Joe mumbles as Mika giggles and smiles.

"And I can't believe you are mine. I can still remember when we went out to lunch after work and we told each other how we actually felt and that's when we kissed for the very first time." Mika says softly to Joe and Joe nods, reminiscing the day in late 2015.

"Oh, I remember. You were so nervous and cute when you first told me. I felt so much relief because I could finally tell you how I felt for a while." Joe says as Mika giggles.

"You were so cute! I felt lots of relief too. A year and a half of having feelings for you and I finally told you just made me so happy." Mika says to Joe.

"I don't why you waited so long to tell me, baby." Joe mumbles to Mika and she laughs.

"Because I wanted to be 100000% sure!" Mika says playfully and Joe laughs.

"You are so cute, Meek." Joe says with a smirk at Mika.

"So are you, Joey." Mika says as she and Joe deeply kiss each other.

"You were so cute when I told you my feelings. You looked so happy and I was so happy too. It was like seeing a child on Christmas morning." Mika says with a giggle as she lays her head on Joe's chest.

"I was happy because I finally knew you could be mine. It's like winning the biggest lottery in the world to be called your husband." Joe says as he rubs Mika's head and Mika smiles ear to ear.

Mika absolutely loves when Joe rubs her anywhere, especially her head.

"And I love being your wife. It's the best thing in the world. You helped me through the hardest times of my life with my divorce and all of the life changes with that, with my dad passing away and my mom's health being bad for a while. You have been my rock though it all." Mika says to Joe.

"And it's all my pleasure, Meek. I get to work and come home to the most beautiful woman in the whole wide world. I get to watch her care for others and cook the most delicious foods. I get to make her laugh and I get to hold her when she needs comfort. I'm the luckiest man in the world." Joe whispers as she kisses Mika's cheek a few times.

"Who is this other woman you are talking about while you're in bed with me?" Mika jokes with Joe as she playfully smacks his arm.

"It's you, silly." Joe says as he and Mika kiss each other again.

Mika giggles and hugs Joe tightly as Joe spanks Mika's ass.

"If you were talking about one of our girls that's fine but I'm your number one." Mika says and Joe nods.

"Absolutely." Joe says to Mika with a big grin.

"And you're my number one, always and forever." Mika says as Joe kisses Mika on the top of her head again.

"I'd hope so." Joe says softly to Mika and Mika giggles and hugs Joe again.

"Of course you are! You and Meatball are my favorite boys." Mika says as Joe giggles as their cat walks into the master bedroom.

"Here he comes, right on cue." Joe says as Mika laughs at Joe's comment.

"Meatball is the master of cues." Mika says with a giggle as Joe strokes her back.

"Hi, Meatball! Hi, baby boy! You are such a good boy! Are you hungry? Is that why you came in here?" Mika says in a babyfied to the Maine Coon cat.

Meatball meows and walks over to Mika's side of the master bed.

"I know, you're hungry, baby boy. I'll come downstairs and feed you in a little bit." Mika says as she pets and hugs Meatball.

"When are you going to feed this baby?" Joe asks Mika seductively and Mika giggles.

"You're old and strong enough to cook us both breakfast yourself." Mika says playfully to Joe.

Joe pouts at Mika as he puts his head on her shoulder again.

"Cuddling with my two favorite boys." Mika says as she smiles at Meatball and then at Joe.

Meatball stretches out and snuggles Mika, causing Mika to smile happily.

"Someone is enjoying this just as much as I am." Joe says chuckling at Meatball.

"I enjoy both of my boys!" Mika says as she kisses Joe on the cheek.

"I thought you had to pee so bad, Meek?" Joe asks Mika and she giggles.

"I'm too comfy to get up now." Mika says cuddling with both Joe and Meatball.

"I'll just have to carry you then." Joe says, kissing Mika on the cheek before he gets up and hooks his arms underneath her body.

"You were really serious!" Mika says holding onto Joe and Joe chuckles

"Of course baby, I'm always serious." Joe whispers causing Mika to blush and smile.

Joe takes Mika to the bathroom and places her on the toilet.

"You are too much! And don't watch me pee! That's gross!" Mika says trying to hide herself.

"Mika, married people do this all of the time!" Joe says playfully as Mika shuts the door with her leg.

"I never did this with my ex!" Mika yells at Joe as she fixes her morning hair.

"I did with both of mine!" Joe says as he walks over to grab his blue robe and puts it on.

"You three are so weird!" Mika says as she goes to the bathroom and washes her hands before putting her pink robe on.

Mika and Joe both walk downstairs together with Meatball leading the way. 

"Meow! Meow!" Meatball meows loudly getting both Joe and Mika's attention.

"Okay! Okay! We are going to feed you! Jeez, five minutes off schedule and you have a fit." Joe says with sass to the cat who Mika spoils like a child.

"Ahem, that sounds a lot like you, mister." Mika says with sass as she hugs Joe and kisses him.

"Okay, Miss I have to have coffee and breakfast or else I'll kill someone." Joe says with equal sass and kisses Mika on the cheek, with Mika smiling at Joe and winks at him.

"We better stay on routine then if you want to see tomorrow." Mika jokes playfully at Joe.

"I better start with your eggs then." Joe says and walks over to the stove to fry them both some eggs.

Mika pours Meatball his breakfast and sits down to read the morning paper on the kitchen island.

"Flipped or sunny side up eggs, honey?" Joe asks and turns around to look at Mika.

"Sunny side up like always, honey." Mika says and giggles at Joe.

"Sunny side up it is." Joe says as he begins to cook breakfast for himself and Mika.

Mika pours a glass of orange juice for herself and Joe to have with their breakfast.

Mika smiles down at Meatball, who is rubbing his face on her leg and is purring.

"Was your breakfast yummy, Meatball?" Mika asks Meatball as she pets his head.

Meatball meows at her and Mika scratches him behind his ears, his favorite spot to be pet.

"Breakfast will be ready in a minute, darling." Joe says and Mika smiles at him.

Mika gets up to set the table and puts on some coffee in the Keurig. Mika kisses Joe on the cheek when she walks past him and he smiles.

Joe turns off the stove and reaches out to pull Mika into a big hug.

"Come here, don't think you can walk away from me." Joe says and peppers her neck with kisses as he caresses her back.

"Baby, the eggs will get burned if you don't take them out of the pan." Mika says smiling up at Joe.

"Go sit down then and we'll eat." Joe says with a sly grin and Mika smiles.

Mika and Joe both eat breakfast together and spend the rest of the day together!
