Author's Note: The next oneshot to the Mightyverse. This one's a bit interesting. It takes place between Season 6 and 7 (and Demise doesn't happen) I'm debating on whether or not Doc's NPC thing happens to him or not). 

 We also get a POV that I haven't done in a while... It's Jevinnnn! There's also some Mightyverse lore.

Jevin's POV:

 Imagine you leave Season 6 early because you're burnt out of playing. So much work that could be done, but you need a new season for it. 

 That's me. 

 Or I guess, it was me. See, Xisuma sent me the code for Season 7's world. X told me over communicator that he was getting some weird signals from within this server. Why didn't he go himself or send his brother? I don't really know. The rough explanation was that the two were sick, but I don't believe that story.  Something was wrong with them, but I had to follow this mystery. 

 The good news is that I had someone to join me in this adventure. Xbcrafted. A hermit that had decided to rejoin the server after both taking a break and researching how we were able to enter the game world of Minecraft. 

 I stood on spawn island and waited for Xb to spawn into the world. It felt weird being back here. It also felt weird that I was slowly turning more into a slime. With focus, I can regain my normal Other World look, but when I'm tired, I lose control. 

 I fixed my sweatshirt and looked at my blue hand as it dripped slowly. The slime pooled at my feet and quickly went back into me. I let out a sigh as someone cleared their throat behind me. 

 " Hey Xb." I turned around in order to greet the hermit. Xb scratched at his beard and smiled at me, " Hey Jevin... Man, this is really it isn't it? We're in the game." he started to look around in astonishment. I nodded my head, " Yep... Pretty cool right?" I smirked, " Awww yeah..." he replied as he looked across the ocean towards the mushroom island. 

 Xb turned towards me, " So, Xisuma didn't give me much information... Where exactly do we need to go? What's with these signals?" he questioned as I shrugged, " He didn't give me much info either," I told him causing him to frown, " however I do have the tracker that leads us to these signals... There's three of them total in roughly the same area." his frown lit up slightly. 

 After finding that the signals were in the farthest away jungle biome near a desert, we leapt into the ocean and swam out towards our destination. 

 ((A few hours of swimming and walking later brought to you by a toddler!Mighty crying and trying to climb out of a crib))

 I pulled myself out of the ocean and reformed back into my more humanoid shape. My body wiggled as I shuddered, " Oooh, this feels weird..." I grumbled as Xb hopped out of the water and spawned in a small thing of milk. The hermit drank the milk and watched as the blue glow washed off of him, " Ugh, the water proof potion that X gave me really is... gross..." he muttered as I shrugged, " That's why I don't drink it. Even though I end up having to gather slime pieces that had disconnected from me... Now more than ever." 

 The two of us watched as little balls of slime leapt out of the water and attached to me until they were fully reconnected to me. A few more of them attached to me as I tilted my head. If I still had eyebrows, I would raise them. 

 " So, Jev," I looked over at Xb as we went back on our journey to the signals, " What's it like to be all slimey?" he questioned as I shrugged, " Weird... I don't know how to explain it..." I looked towards him. My body twitched as I looked at my hand; it slowly gained a tan human color with only the slightest blue-ish tint to it. 

 " I just know that my body in Other World.... It's slowly changing into my game world self.." I told him causing his eyes to widen. Xb stopped moving, " R-Really? I never heard anything about that..." he gasped as he moved closer to me. I shrugged, " I heard that it's a rare case that people become their hybrid selves... I personally don't believe that..." I rolled my eyes. 

 Xb raised his eyebrow, " What do you mean?" he questioned as I shook my slimey hand, " Don't worry about it... Let's just figure out what's happening in this server..." I told him as he silently nodded. 

 We stood in front of the giant jungle and I pulled out the signal tracker again. The two of us stared at it then up at the jungle. This was it. These three signals were in there, and we were going to solve this mystery.

 I took out a sword that X gave me and cut through the sticks, bushes, and other things that blocked our way. Animals scattered out of the way as we slowly trekked through the jungle until Xb made a confused sound behind me.

 " What's wrong?" I questioned as I stopped and turned to look at Xb. Xb was kneeling down and staring at something. I turned around and put my sword away in order to cross my arms, " What's wrong?" I repeated. Xb pulled something out of the ground and showed it to me. 

 A crystal. A small, purple crystal that pulsated. 

 I shuddered as my body started to turn more and more human. I twitched as I stared at the crystal, " You should drop that..." I mumbled as Xb nodded. Xb stood back up, " There's a problem though..." he frowned as he let go of the crystal, " What now?" I sighed as Xb grabbed my shoulder and turned me around. 

 I gasped. 

 Giant crystals had sprouted out of the ground and out of the bark of the trees. They seemed to multiplied the darker into the jungle you looked. I stared. How did I not notice that before?

 I slowly took out the tracker again and gulped. The signals were inside this mess of crystals. We needed to go in there. I showed Xb the tracker again causing him to gulp too, " Oh noo..." 

 The two of us looked at each other one more time, " You ready?" I questioned as Xb shrugged, " I don't really have a choice in not being ready." he chuckled awkwardly as I nodded, " Good point." 

 I put the tracker away as we walked through the forest. I took the sword back out as we walked through the crystal filled area. Everything felt cold and unwelcoming as the sounds of animals died out. I looked left and right and caught glimpses of animals frozen in the crystal. The look of terror had replaced their usual blank faces. My body, which was almost fully human except for some small slime pockets, shuddered as I turned my head in order to face forward. I shouldn't freak myself out. 

 We continued to walked through the jungle until Xb let out a loud gasp. I turned around to find that Xb was gone, " X-XB?!" I shouted in confusion. Where did he go? He was right behind me! I turned around and walked back before something caught my eye. 

 I walked towards what I saw and stopped dead in my tracks. I took out the tracker and blinked. So, they were what we were tracking. These were the strange signals that Xisuma had receiving. 

 " VintageBeef....and Etho...." I whispered as I stared at the bodies. The bodies that were suspended in huge crystals. I took out my communicator in order to call Xb, but a loud gasp came from the trees. 

 I looked towards the sound as Xb came barreling out of the trees, " I-I-I FOUND HYPNO!" he yelped as he gasped for breath. Xb looked up and saw Beef and Etho behind me. The hermit shook slightly, " Oh gosh!" he raised his arms into the air. 

 " W-We need to call someone...anyone..." Xb whispered, " This is big...They've been gone for awhile... How... How did they even get into this server?" he questioned as I moved closer to him. I put my hands onto his shoulder as his breathing started to become less panicked. 

 " We need to think through this... I'll call X and tell him what we found..." I told Xb as he nodded, " Just sit down and take deep breathes." I gently forced him to sit down on the ground. He let out a sigh as he crossed his arms over his legs.

 I looked at my arms as some of the slime pockets grew bigger. I shook my head as I took a deep breath. There's no point in being stressed out and melting. I opened the communication tap and called Xisuma up. 

 " H-Hello? Jevin?" X's voice was quiet: one could even call it strained. I frowned, " X, Xb and I found the source of those signals." I told him, " It's Hypno, Beef, and Etho." 

 Silence. 

 That was Xisuma's side to the conversation. I raised my eyebrow as I waited for X to respond. Two maybe three minutes passed until X's voice returned, " Okay, I z-sent Tango and Impulze out... No one el-se can come help currently because people are either hurt or packing up." 

 I tilted my head.

 Hurt? Why would they be hurt?

 What did I miss on the server since I left to be in Other World?

 I cleared my throat, " Alright, I'll tell Xb, and we'll wait." 

 A strange buzzing noise came from the other side of the communicator until X hung up. I raised an eyebrow. Okay. A bit rude.

 I looked towards Xb to find that he was staring at the ground. He was scratching at his chin and refusing to look up when I cleared my throat in his direction. I told him what X had said causing him to nod slowly. 

 After I was finished explaining, I sat down next to him in order to wait for the others. I still question what was going on in the server. I know that the plan for a game called Demise couldn't happen because something bad happened, but I didn't see any other bits of information. 

 I yawned as I watched the rest of me turn back into blue slime. My hands dripped slowly as I shook my head and rested my hands against the ground. Xb leaned his head against my shoulder as I nodded at him silently. 

 We sat there in silence until Tango and Impulse appeared. I blinked in confusion. Tango didn't have his wings and horns. All he had was his lion tail and long, fuzzy ears. I was about to questioned him on this, but Impulse raised his finger to his mouth as if telling me not to pursue an answer. I obliged and motioned towards the crystal-trapped hermits. I also told the two where Xb found Hypno's body. 

 I watched in silence as Tango and Impulse got out some redstone and started to hammer away at the crystals. Tango's tail was thrashing as he opened up his communicator and read through it, " The magic in this thing is off... I'm pretty sure we can force the others out... We just need to find the weakest points of magic..." he put his hand to his chin.

 Impulse nodded as he took out his own communicator, " I'm glad that you and Zedaph worked on the scanner..." he smiled as he walked around the giant crystal. 

 Soon enough, the two men had managed to pull the two hermits bodies out of the crystal, and they also quickly freed Hypno too. I helped Xb stand, and we both looked over at the three bodies. Each of them had crystals that pierced through their skin and clothes.

" Let's get these three to a makeshift base... When some of the others get here, we can work on removing the crystals from the area and our friends." 

 Everyone got to work as we moved the bodies. Xb decided to be the one to build the small makeshift shack to house the other returning hermits.

 After we got the three laid down into beds, I crossed my arms," Now, all we have to do is wait..."
