 (24 hours after Wizard's Tower brought to you by part bird Grian preening himself and cooing while Mumbo and Iskall watch from a distance)

 Scar: 

 I watched the dogcat as she cleaned herself. The little creature was preoccupied with cleaning that she didn't hear me and Cub enter the room. Cub's tail twitched as he took out some magical tools and looked the hybrid over. 

 " In town, " Cub started as he looked at hybrid over, " a couple of girls were handing out wanted crystals. This little creature looks like the person that was on the crystal." he looked back at me as he dug into his pocket and brought out a blue crystal. 

 I tilted my head as I took the crystal and activated it. The crystal glowed and showed a girl that animal ears and a tail; she was wearing some black robes with purple markings on them. I looked between the person on the picture, and the small cat that was licking at her back at this point. 

 " So, Cub, does it state what species our friend here is?" I questioned as I sat down on my bed. Cub read through the information, " It says that she's a wolftiger, which is actually a pretty rare species." he told me. Cub continued to explain how Mighty went missing after the group ran into some poachers that collected rare species and stole money from people. It turns out the group got their money stolen, they were knocked out, and Mighty along with one of their other friends was missing after they were found and taken back to the inn. 

 My body shuddered at the thought. If Mighty was eventually discovered by Grian and brought to me, then what happened to the other friend? I frowned as I looked at Mighty. The hybrid had plopped over on her bed and fluffed up, " Mrrreow..." her tail twitched as she wiggled slightly. 

 Cub picked Mighty up and looked at the magical coating that I put over her leg, " So, you say that her leg is broken, and she's got bruising on her neck?" Cub looked at me as I nodded. Cub frowned, " Well, let's get this leg fixed..." he muttered as he put the hybrid down on my bed. 

 I watched in awe as Cub's hands glowed and my magical coating went away. Mighty's tail thrashed as her leg bones reset and the skin slowly healed itself. I continued to watch until Cub lowered his hand. 

 " That was cool." I smiled as Cub nodded, " Now for the hard part, if you didn't know Scar, hybrids turn themselves into animals during times of weakness or pain... I'm going to gently force Mighty to a human form." Cub spoke in a low voice, " the only reason why you should do this is when a broken bone needs to heal or the hybrid is sick." he told me while raising his hand.

 Taking a step back, I watched as Cub raised both of his hands as his blue magic surrounded Mighty. The hybrid wiggled and panted as her tail twitched. She wiggled and made soft growls as the magic encased the hybrid. My whole body twitched with magic as Mighty slowly took the form of a small child with wolftiger legs, tail, hand claws, and ears; she was buried in the robes that Cub described to me earlier. 

 I tilted my head as Cub lowered the magic. Cub opened and closed his mouth, " That's... That's not right..." he lowered his hands, " she's suppose to be back to normal... more human..."

 " It's... fine, right Cub?" I questioned as Cub straightened up, " Yeah, it's just... hmmm." Cub kneeled down as his hand glowed. A small rectangle appeared as he read the runes, " It says from this reading that Mighty's been affected by age magic, and... and memory magic. The hardest magic to fix in this whole world." I looked at him.

 The hardest magic to fix? Cub hasn't even told me all the magics yet? How many classes of magic have I not learned about yet? 

 " So, so it's not easy to fix? How long will it take to fix, if we can?" I questioned as Cub slowly picked the wiggling toddler up. The little creature yipped and thrashed before whining quietly. Cub frowned and scratched behind the hybrid's ears, " Hey, hey, hey, shh..." Cub looked at Mighty as the hybrid started to sniffle and cry. 

 Cub looked at me as he held the hybrid, " As much as it pains me to say, I can't do age magic nor memory magic..." he explained, " It's also hard to find someone that does the... forbidden magic, as people say." he nodded his head. Cub's tail lowered as I sat down on my bed. Jellie appeared and hopped onto the bed next to me. 

 My mentor and friend was silent as he continued to try and comfort the toddler that was bawling at this point. I let out a tired sigh as Cub frowned, " I'll see if Mrs. Stressmonster can create some better clothes for our new roommate... Once we have that, I'll see to try and hunt down the little one's friends and someone that can reverse the spell."

 I crossed my arms over my chest as Cub looked at me, " I'm going to go clean the little thing up." he spoke in a whisper as he looked at the now sleeping hybrid. Mighty was still crying and shaking slightly before settling down slightly. She started to close her eyes as she sniffled, " There... there.... it's okay..." Cub whispered as the hybrid whined again. I watched as the two left the room, and in a few minutes, the sound of water came from downstairs. 

 The electricity of the magic continued to remain in the air as I coughed and raised my hand. My hand glowed as I casted a clearing spell. I was kinda glad that this was the first spell that Cub taught me. 

 I let out a deep sigh as Jellie climbed onto my lap. I looked down at her and stroked her fur, " Thanks Jellie.... You know just the way to make me feel better..." Jellie purred in response as I waited for Cub to return with Mighty in his arms. The hybrid was put back down onto the blanket nest causing her to shuffle before continuing to sleep. 

 Cub sat down next to me as he sent a message with a magic scroll to Stressmonster. After he finished sending the message, he said his head on me as we sat around in silence waiting for Stress to respond. Hopefully, she'll send some child supplies too....
