Author's Note: It's a Doc centered story that takes place in season seven :0. I will go ahead and say (maybe make an official note.) That all the stories within the Mightyverse are still season 6. Enjoy friends.

 Doc's POV: 

 I've been feeling weird for the past couple of days within season 7. Maybe it's tiredness, and I'm wearing down from this high of being a G.O.A.T. Maybe, just maybe, I should listen to the other hermits and get some sleep but-

 " AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" 

 The fur on my legs fluffed up as my tail thrashed. I glanced back towards the large fence that Bdubs had build. I raised my claw and tapped at the side of my head and allowing me to scan through the wall. Bdubs was on the ground and holding himself. He opened his mouth and-

 " AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" 

 The hermit screamed again, and this time it sounded a bit different. More animalistic, if that's the right word. My tail twitched as I sighed. Do I go over there? It's a good question. Bdubs have provided nothing good for me so far this season, but he's still my friend.... He's in a lot of pain as well. 

 I sighed as I tapped my hoof against the ground. Alright Doc, go see Bdubs, then immediately go back to your side of the fence... It's fine. I walked around the fence and walked into Bdubs's yard. The hermit was still on the ground and twitching.

 " Bdubs?" I tilted my head as my tail twitched. Bdubs rolled onto his stomach as what looked like scales started to pop up on his neck and slowly moved up his face. I tilted my head again, " Bdubs?" I repeated as Bdubs's eyes snapped open. 

 " HSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" 

 Bdubs stood on all fours, hissed at me, then dropped in order to hold his head. The hermit's eyes were turning black as scales, green ones, formed around his eyes. I watched as he stuck his now forked tongue out. 

 I blinked and stared at Bdubs as he thrashed around in pain. I moved closer to him as Bdubs tried to move away from me; the still changing hermit twitched and kicked as his legs both started to change. 

 " Rrrrrrr..." Bdubs was growling and twitching as he bit at his shoes and pulled, " Let me help you man..." I frowned as I crouched down next to him. Bdubs stared at me with his glowing eyes and hissed again as he tried to claw at me with his green, scaly hand. His nails were rapidly forming into black claws. 

 I frowned as I forced his shoes off and stared in silence at the black hooves that he now had. Bdubs tried to kick me and run away. He stared at me and continued to hiss as his teeth grew sharper. 

 " Bdubs... Look at me... " I told him as he twitched and got onto all fours again. He let out a low growl and backed away. He moved behind some of his chests and hid there. 

 My tail twitched. Bdubs is turning into a creeper... Well, he's almost finished, I think anyways. A lot of his body is still human. Half of his face, one of his arms, and his overall structure is human, but the amount of his body that is covered in scales or fur is unknown. 

 I flinched as I heard him make uncomfortable sounds again. My tail twitched as I took out my communicator. I sighed as I checked who was on. I tapped my claw against X's ID. Let's just hope that he'll respond. 

 " Uh, " X's voice quietly came through, " Hello? Doc?" he seemed deeply confused. I let out a sigh, " I know that you've been turned into a bee hybrid, but I need you to come here." I told him as some buzzing came from the other end. 

 " Docm77! Even if I turned into a squid, that would not stop me from coming to help my friends." X gasped as I nodded, " Right. Right... Just get over here quickly man. I'll send the coordinates." I told him as I hung up and typed in the coordinates to the 'mansion'. 

 ((An hour later brought to you by creeperdubs sneezing and trying to bite Keralis and Etho))

  I sat on the ground after I tied Bdubs up in a small fenced in area of my starter base. Bdubs was still hissing at everything that moved, but his attention soon shifted to the cooked steak that I threw into the cage.

 My tail twitched as I heard soft buzzing coming from over head. The buzzing grew louder and multiplied as X and Void, both turned into bee hybrids, landed in front of my half base. Void crossed his arms, " You hermits are crazy." he muttered as his wings twitched. X waved his hand after nudging his brother. 

 X turned towards me and took a step back at the feral Bdubs that I had tied up in my base. My tail twitched as X's antennae moved, " Oh my goodness!" he gasped as he moved to stand next to me. 

 " Is that... Bdubs?" X questioned in a low voice as I nodded. X took out his communicator and scanned the now creeper hybrid. Bdubs hissed and crouched over his food, " hhhSSSSS!" he twitched and wiggled before digging at the wooden planks below him. 

 The bee hybrid frowned, " It seems like after going through the infinity portal, some of your DNA seemed to link into Bdubs... It may also have to do with this very house... Bdubs's half may have had some of your DNA still on it." X explained as he read the results of the scan. 

 I crossed my arms as my hoof tapped against the ground. Void let out a sigh, " So, X, is there a way to change this weird, little thing back to his human state?" he asked with a tilt of his head. X frowned, " With our current state in this new season, I don't think that I can do something right now. It will take at least a month or two..." he frowned causing the both of us to sigh.

 " Should we let the other hermits know about this?" I questioned as X nodded barely, " Possibly... We should at least tell Keralis... He is apart of team IDEA, after all." X shrugged as I nodded. 

 I looked at X as he and Void took off into the sky again. My tail twitched as I started to close off part of the wall to the base. It may be close to Spring now, but Bdubs and I really need to keep warm during the cold days and nights. 

 My tail twitched as I continued to work on the wall. I could hear Bdubs making odd sounds in the background. The sounds soon turned into squeaking causing me to turn. My hooves clicked against the ground as I looked at the creeper hybrid. 

 Bdubs's tail was lowered as he scratched at his scaly neck with his foot. He was panting heavily as he laid down on his stomach. I frowned at him and took out another steak. I dropped the steak into the cage causing the hybrid to take it and chew on it.

 I moved back to the fall and sat down against it. I tried to imagine how Vintage, Etho, and Keralis would react to the now changed hermit. Vintage and Etho barely understood how hybrids worked (even if Vintage had been turned into a bull hybrid), and none of them deserved to see Bdubs in this state. No hermit deserved to see Bdubs like this.

 I sighed as I went back to closing the wall. My tail lowered as I shook my head. It's almost time to turn in for the night. I'm honestly glad. After seeing what happened to Bdubs and finding out that he's basically stuck like this, I just want to sleep....

 My tail twitched as I reached the ceiling and blocked off the room. After putting some torches down, I walked over to my bed and flopped down on it. I sighed and brought my blanket over me and briefly glanced towards Bdubs. 

 Bdubs was curled up in his cage and fell asleep with his newly formed tail twitching slightly. The hybrid squeaked softly as he rubbed against the wall. I watched him until he was completely asleep before drifting off myself.
