The pups returned to city hall and Rubble had the van on his back because of his super strength and he placed it on the ground. "Thank you so much Paw Patrol for returning my stuff, and for stopping Mayor Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew once again!" said Mayor Goodway as everyone in Adventure Bay cheered for the Paw Patrol. The pups just smiled and nodded at everyone and then they high pawed each other. "So how did you pups catch Mayor Humdinger so fast?" said Mr. Porter. The pups were about to tell them everything, but then a ray gun went off and the bell on top of city hall was completely destroyed.

Everyone looked at where the gun shot came from and they saw a teenage boy with the Kitten Catastrophe Crew's logo on his shirt. "Young man, who are you?!" said Mayor Goodway. The kid said nothing but fired the ray gun at the Paw Patrol and they were able to move out of the way in the nick of time. He may have missed the Paw Patrol, but he didn't miss the van, Mayor Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew were free. "Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you all to my nephew, Harold!" said Mayor Humdinger as he twiddled his mustache and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew giggles evilly. The Paw Patrol then ran after Humdinger and the crew but Harold pulled out a portal gun and fired it and they vanished.

Everyone was shocked at what happened and Ryder arrived to the city on his ATV and noticed everyone filled with awe. "Hey pups, what happened?" said Ryder. "Mayor Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew escaped." said Rubble. "Again?!" said Ryder. "But they're not alone this time." said Chase. "What do you mean?" said Ryder. "Mayor Humdinger has a nephew and he has these guns that no one else has." said Skye. "He's got a ray gun and a portal gun." said Rocky. "What's his name?" said Ryder. "Harold." said all the pups. After Ryder heard that name, his eyes were wide open.
