Sunday (Downtown - 3:00pm)

"Thanks for helping me in the grocery store, my hero~!"

Since Midoriya just finished training back at his place, he insisted on coming along with me for my shopping - which are just stuff that my mom wanted me to buy for the house since she has an emergency meeting right now.

My freckled boyfriend giggled at the nickname I gave him and he's currently holding the small bag of groceries and another small bag filled with cleaning products while I'm holding a small bouquet of flowers that he gave me before we met in front of the grocery store.

Since his right hand and my left hand are unoccupied, he took the opportunity to hold it before massaging it with his soft thumb.

"Anytime, (Y/N)-chan~", Midoriya said and smiled at me, "Are those everything in the list?".

I nodded after doubling checking the list and replied, "Yep, this is everything. Finally...".

I sighed then suddenly an idea popped in my head.

"Izuku! Do you still have time?", I questioned my green haired boyfriend.

He checked his watch and nodded at me with a smile.

"Uh huh, of course I do!", Midoriya replied reluctantly, "Is something in your mind?".

His question automatically made me smile so I started to walk away from the grocery store while pulling him along with me.

I brought my freckled boyfriend at the park and suggested for us to spend time together for a while before he will escort me back to my place.

And to spend time together, I would mean -

"Here we are!"

I brought out a medium sized tub of vanilla and pistachio mixed ice cream and Midoriya looked surprised and taken aback.

"E-Eh? But isn't that part of your groceries?!", my freckled boyfriend questioned.

I shook my head with a smile and replied, "Nope, that's for us! It's not on the list and I used some of my allowance I had for this week!".

"Y-You sure, my angel?", Midoriya questioned once more but with a hint of worry in his voice.

"Of course! Besides, you gave me these lovely flowers", I said and touched one of the flowers from the bouquet, "I wanted to repay you by spending time here at the park but with ice cream!".

I can see a tint of red from his cheeks coming out and a shy smile was making its way from his lips.

"Thank you so much, (Y/N)-chan! I'm so happy right now", Midoriya said and bowed, "T-Then, let's enjoy this sweet treat before it melts. Too bad I don't have an ice quirk to keep it cool like Todoroki-kun, haha".

We began to indulge ourselves with the medium sized tub of ice cream and good thing we sat down on the grass with a good view because the colors of the sky right now is mixed with pink and blue.

"Mmm! So good...", I mumbled and smiled giddily.

Midoriya, on the other hand, was also enjoying the tub of ice cream too but it wasn't the only one he was enjoying though.

He may be indulging with the sweet taste but he couldn't help but watch me eat with a happy and excited mood.

He smiled as he watched me eat then suddenly, his eyes caught a couple at the distance - who are also sitting on the grass.

This gave the freckled boy an idea so to make this mini-date more interesting, he picked a flower next to him and coincidentally, it was a forget me-not. 

He scooted closer to my side and gently placed it behind my ear.

"Hmm?", I mumbled when I realized that my boyfriend was very close to me and there's a flower behind my ear, "Oh, a flower?".

He nodded shyly and laughed softly

"I thought it might looked really cute on you, (Y/N)-chan~", Midoriya said and smiled at me, "S-Since you were very cute when you are munching on the ice cream just now and...".

I can feel my cheeks getting a bit warm from his affectionate gesture and my lips curled into a smile.

"Aww, thank you, Izuku!", I said and gently kissed his cheek before I continued eating, "Reminds me of the time when you gave me these type of flowers when we played here, hehe".

"S-So cute..."

"Hmm?"

"I-It's nothing, (Y/N)-chan! Hahaha!"

Midoriya just laughed in return before he continued to eat as well and he almost looked flustered just now but the feeling faded away slowly.

Seconds later, he watched the couple again from the distance and what they did next made his heart swoon but smile wider.

He thought of it for a moment while mumbling to himself like always then after gaining some confidence, he turned to me and got some ice cream from the tub.

"(Y/N)-chan~?"

"Yes, Izuku? Oh, hello"

I was met by his wooden spoon filled with ice cream and he was smiling shyly at me with rosy red cheeks.

"Say ahh~", Midoriya said and tried not feel flustered.

My heart raised from his unexpected gesture and I find it really sweet and adorable that I never seen him done this before.

Did he perhaps learn this from romance movies or...?

"Oki doki, Izu!", I said cutely, "Ahh~!".

I munched on ice cream he gave me and slowly enjoyed the taste of it with a hearty smile.

"Mmm, so goooodd!", I commented and started to make a mini-dance while I was sitting.

Midoriya was very satisfied with my reaction and his heart kept beating so fast that he leaned closer to me so he can cup my face and kiss my lips lovingly.

"Cute...", Midoriya said and gave me a side hug before kissing my lips again and again before he flashed me a smile, "Why are you so cute?".

"M-Me?", I questioned and laughed shyly, "Thank you but you're the one who's cuter from the both of us!".

"E-Eh?! No, you're the one who's cute here!", Midoriya defended and pouted before eating another scoop of ice cream.

I laughed and stole a kiss from him before saying, "No, you! Just now you looked so adorable that I want to kiss your cheek all over!".

"N-No, you are! You're so cute that I want to cuddle with you like a teddy bear!", Midoriya replied back back and laughed before tickling my sides.

"H-Hahaha, stop! Izuku!!", I said but I couldn't seem to fight back since I was holding the ice cream tub.

Midoriya laughed along while he's working his magic but I made him stop when I kissed his lips with a bit of passion in it which made him melt into it and held me tighter.

"So I guess, we both win?", I said and laughed before eating another scoop of ice cream.

He thought of it for a moment but ended up laughing in the end with his adorable voice.

"I don't know but I'm serious. To me, you're the cutest among the two of us and I don't want anyone to steal you away from me. You're that precious to me, you know? Hehe"
