One day, Midoriya was walking in a park at midnight. He tripped over a rock and accidentally punched a guy in the face killing him...how? I have no idea he didn't even use his quirk. Maybe the guy had a quirk that makes him have 1hp or something. Midoriya screamed in horror of what he did and quickly dragged the body to his dorm and called todoroki. Soon todoroki came and helped midoriya hide the body for practice for when he kills endeavor.

Two days later, Midoriya was on the run by the heroes and police who found out he killed a guy.
