Sapphire's POV 💙

Sonic chuckled softly before he rested his head against mine and hugged me a bit tightly.

I smiled as I rested my hand on top of his while Sonic nuzzled into my neck a little.

Then he looked at me before we kissed each other.

"Um...Shouldn't we be on our way to Silver's?" I asked after we parted.

"Yeah. Sorry about that. I couldn't help myself." Sonic replied as he sweat dropped a little while chuckling nervously.

I smiled a bit.

"It's okay. I know you wanted us to have a romantic moment to ourselves for a few seconds." I replied.

Sonic smiled back as we resumed walking.

"Thanks for understanding, Sapphire. I almost thought you were gonna hate me..." Sonic mentioned.

"Now why would I hate someone who's so cute as you if you only wanted some time to ourselves for a moment? That would be unfair and really cruel...

I'm not like those cold-blooded heartless jerks who would actually kill you and say that you're better off dead rather than being alive and doing the heroic things that you always did.

I don't even have the heart to be hateful and actually hurt you very badly."

After I said that, Sonic hugged me tightly as he whispered "Thank you so much" to me.

"You're very welcome, Sonikku." I say as I hugged him back.

Once we arrived at Silver's, I knocked on the door before waiting.

Silver noticed us after he appeared and opened the door.

"Hey, Sonic! And hello there, Sapphire! What'cha doing here?" Silver asked as he smiled before letting us in his house.

"Sapphire wanted to know what's it like being able to fly whenever you wanted to. She wants to have a small experience of that." Sonic explained as we sat down before looking over and smirking at me.

I blushed a little after Sonic smirked at me before I nodded in agreement.

Sonic's POV 💎

"Sure! If you were like me, Sonic, and Shadow, I'd be teaching you on how to use the chaos emeralds.

But, because you're a human, this'll be different." Silver mentioned.

Sapphire started thinking for a moment.

"Is it possible for a human to be turned into a mobian like you or Sonic?" She asked.

Me and Silver were stumped by the question. We didn't know the answer to that.

"I don't think that's possible, Sapphire." I replied as I sweat dropped a little.

Silver nodded in agreement as he said "Ditto".

"Aw. That's too bad..." Sapphire went before she pouted a little.

"Don't be like that. At least Silver's gonna give you a small experience on what's it like to fly." I say as I looked at Sapphire and rested my hand on her shoulder.

"True." She says before smiling a bit as I leaned over and kissed her on the cheek.

I noticed Silver was blushing while he was whispering "Otp! Otp!!!", trying to keep himself from fanboying.

I smirked again a little after an idea came into my mind.

"Sapphire?" I went as I looked at her in the eyes.

"Yes?"

"I got a question for you..." I began.

"What is it?" Sapphire asked as she looked at me in curiosity.

"Will you marry me?" I asked.

Sapphire's face turned bright red as I heard Silver let out a loud girlish squeal before he got a nosebleed and fainted.

I started laughing hard at Sapphire's and Silver's reaction, before Sapphire noticed Silver's reaction and started laughing too.

Once me and Sapphire stopped laughing, I felt Sapphire nudge me in the arm a little.

"What is it?" I asked as I looked over at her.

Sapphire fidgeted a little while twiddling with her thumbs.

"U-Umm....." She went before burying her face in her hands.
