The rain is like a secret song, dripping and humming the night along

Its droplets spin around and twirl their way across the ground

The shimmering path taken by the raindrops, creates a dance the night will never break

The moon draped itself in a velvet dress for the dance

The night wrapped a ribbon around its own throat
