"Sana..", called Sidharth pushing the door of the room. She didn't respond but turned her back at him. He goes and sits beside her.
"Why are you crying Sana?", Sidharth asked.
"Go away Sidharth..", she said in between sulks.
"First, tell me why are you crying?", He asked.
Wiping her tears she turned back and glared into his eyes.
"Don't you know, Sidharth?", She asked.
"Don't you trust me, Sana?", He asked.
"I do, that's why I married you without my parent's consent. I trusted you two and a half months back as well but you know it didn't work. How can you promise papa that you will leave me if you can't arrange for house?", She asked shaking him by his collar.
"Because I trust myself and my abilities. I will arrange the money in 3 months and get a house.", He said.
"Trusting in one self is good but what about fate? Our biggest enemy is our fates that we were born into a middle class family. No matter how much we try to succeed, we lose to our fates. You tried your level best but in the end fate succeeded in destroying your efforts. I don't want this fate to destroy our relationship and our lives.", She said.
"It won't Sana. Just because it happened once, it isn't necessary that it will happen again. Keep your thoughts positive and be my strength Sana. I am working hard to win over our fates, don't make me fall weak. Your father is logically right. He cares for you, we can't go against him for our selfishness.", Said Sidharth.
Sana fell quiet as she stared into his eyes blankly. He pulled her hand into his lap and applied medicine and did dressing of her wound. Once done, he looked at her still gazing at him so he passed a faint smile to make her smile.
"Pack your bag for next week. I am taking you home with me for my sister's engagement.", He said.
"Huh!! As a friend.", She said.
"Let me get our home first then I will take you with me permanently as wife. Later, don't complain if I don't allow you to visit your parent's house.", He teased her.
"Sidhaarth..", she whined.
"What??", He asked matching her whiny tone funnily.
"When you came home, I dreamt of cuddling you tonight in our home.", She said.
"Just cuddling?", He asked in a teasing tone.
"And smooching you so badly that you go out of breath.", She said chewing her lips.
"Hmmm.. Before you speak anything further, I will head out. I don't want to break the promise I made to your father.", He uttered with a painful groan.
She tugged him by his shirt to stop him.
"What?", He asked.
"I want to kiss you.", She said.
"You know that's impossible right now", he said.
"Huh!! Man of principles! I will do what I want and nobody can stop me.", She said.
"I asked you to be my strength just few minutes back.", He reminded.
"But I know, I am your weakness.", She said.
"Sana...?", He looked at her with pleading puppy eyes. She kissed her two fingers and pressed them against his lips.
"Happy? I saved you from breaking your promise and gave you a kiss a well.", She said.
"I love you..", he said with a soft smile.
"Huh!! (Smirks) I love you too..", she mumbles making his smile grow bigger.

"Sana, Sidharth is here already. Are you ready?", Called Shanti.
"Yes, maa. Just two minutes", said Sana brushing her hair.
"Sidharth, I hope you remember your promise. You are taking my daughter to your sister's engagement as a friend.", Reminds Naveen.
"Yes sir, I do remember. I will stay upto my promise.", Said Sidharth.
Sana and Sidharth bid bye to her parents and board the rickshaw. She tries hugging his arm but he slowly nods his head in denial making her frown.
They reached the railway station and since they didn't have a reservation at short notice, they board a general coach. Since they boarded the train as soon as it arrived and the station being the origin point, the coach had plenty of empty seats.
Sana occupies a window seat while Sidharth secures their bags on top self before plopping on the seat beside her. Still annoyed with his behaviour in auto, she gets up and sits on the opposite window seat. He gets up and sits beside her but she again changes the seat. Ignoring his puppy face, she looked out of the window of the stationed train. He tried his luck again by sitting beside her but she changes the seat yet again making him frown.
A few moments later, a young girl dragged her suitcase bag into the coach. Her eyes ogled at the handsome Sidharth sitting at the window seat.
"Excuse me, is this seat taken?", Asked the girl pointing at the seat beside him. Sidharth looked at Sana, who ignored him after giving a glance. He then nodded no to the girl.
"Oh.. okay..", the girl smiled as she pulled the suitcase inside the compartment aisle.
"Aaa.. Could you please help me keep the bag on the shelf?", She requested Sidharth with a smile. Sidharth nodded his head and got up from the seat. The girl gawked at his tall muscular figure when he got up from his seat and kept her bag on the shelf.
"Thank you", She bit her lips when he turned to sit back in his seat which didn't go well with Sana.
"No problem", he said smirking at Sana.
Before the girl sat beside him, Sana stood up. The girl moved away giving way to Sana thinking that she was going out but Sana plopped on the seat beside Sidharth.
"Excuse me, that's my seat.", Yelled the girl.
"Oh really? I thought it belongs to the Indian Railways.", Said Sana. Sidharth held back his laughter and looked out of the window as if he was a stranger.
"Very funny! Now get up and go back to your seat else I'll call the TC now.", Said the girl.
"Huh!! You must have forgotten that this is a general coach which doesn't have reservations.", Said Sana.
"Sir, why don't you tell her that it's my seat?", Said the girl to Sidharth.
"Aaa.. well.. mmm.. she is right, she was the first one to ask for the seat.", Said Sidharth to Sana favouring the other girl. Sana threw a death glare at him, looking at which he gulped in fear.
"So, you want to sit with her now, huh?", Asked Sana gritting her jaws.
"But you didn't wanted to sit..", he tried explaining but his reply was overlapped by the girls tone.
"Didn't you understand by his earlier statement. Yes, he isn't interested in sitting beside you.", Smirked the girl.
Sidharth was now sweating profusely.
"Oh!! Really?", Sana glared at him.
"I haven't seen more cringey and impudent lady than you in my entire life.", Said the girl. Sidharth widened his eyes thinking that it went off at a tangent due to his one statement
"Huh? Looks like you don't use a mirror.", Came Sana's reply.
"Okay, stop it. It's going overboard. Miss, Why don't you just sit on the other seat instead?", Asked Sidharth to the girl.
"Why should I? I won't. I want this seat only. It is my seat. You tell her to go.", The lady yelled.
"I won't because she is my.. (pauses) my friend.", Said Sidharth. While the lady looked at him in shock, Sana narrowed her eyebrows at him because he called her his friend rather than his wife.
"You know what? You are right. You should sit here.", Said Sana and got up to sit on her previous seat. The girl smirked and sat beside Sidharth but he immediately got up and sat beside Sana. Though she was taken aback, she pressed her lips thin and slid towards the window to look outside.
"Sana..", Sidharth mumbled to pacify his wife but she ignored.
"Sweetheart, I was just pulling your leg since you changed the seat three times earlier when I sat beside you.", He muttered under his breath only to be heard by her but she ignored him yet again and looked out of the window.
"What's wrong dear? See, I didn't sit with her even for a second. What are you angry about now?", He asked in a low tone trying to hold her hand.
"What are you saying my FRIEND? Why would I be angry on you my FRIEND?", She seethed in anger with those sarcastic questions while stressing on the word friend everytime.
"Oh God! You are mad because I called you my friend? Come on Sana, I was just keeping my promise given to your father. You know I love you. ", He whispered the last sentence.
"Yeah, why not? Keep your promise and I will help you keep one, MY FRIEND!!", She said and he virtually face palmed cursing his luck.
