No, I’m not. Because, when I assign tasks to the team, I do not know how to divide rational individual and do not knowhowto manage them.

Without effective communication skills, a person may find it impossible to climb up the corporate ladder.Good communication skills help the relationships to develop along good lines, and ensure that arguements and disagreements are kept to a minimum. Good communication will avoid arguements and insults.

6.      Are leaders born or made? Why do you say that?

Yes. There are natural salespeople – and in a similar way  there are people

who are natural leaders. However, I think people can also develop into leaders if

they have a long-term goal they really believe in.

7.      What is important when going to job interview, dressing smartly, being on time or preparing questions?

When going to job interview to be dressing smartly and preparing question

are the most important, because dressing smartly create good impression with

interviewer. The interviewer assess politely that person,  clean clothes. Preparing

questions create confidence to answer any question of interviewer. We won’t feel to

fear and shy before questions of interviewer

There are some qualities of a good manager is that

I agree an important job title is better than a high salary, because if we have an important job title, we can earn a high salary, I’m proud of working with my family and friends, have a high task, this is promotion about working, serious working. We can earn a lot of money.

Time is more important. Because: time can make money, but money don’t make time.
