Summary: A meteor had hit Earth's surface, it had brought a foreign virus along with it. The virus has an unusual characteristics that caused many people to change their moral compass and made them somehow extraordinary and sadistic animals who enjoys brutality. Where there some were highly violent, some were unaffected by it but were in deadly situation.

Where the chaos is going, the president of United States announced a cure. But the situation got worse when other organization's involvement caused the cure to be stolen.
Even for his dismey, the President had to agreed to form a group of experimented men who were highly intelligent and invincible caused by the virus. This secret mission was called 'SUPER PSYCHO PROJECT'.
