My father came to pick me up at the airport and said he had not called me to talk about the book, because I did not want to know it myself.

"My daughter, you have become known overnight." My father smiled. "Your book is an absolute success. Even after this month it will go to American bookstores. It has truly become a Best Seller.

"I always dreamed that my book would succeed, but I never thought it would come to this booming success," he told my father.

"The Publisher will get in touch with you, you will make a lot of money, my daughter, a lot of money," my father said. "But at the same time you will have to face Queen in the courts.

"I know my father and I'm ready for this," she said thoughtfully. "I'll pay them everything, whatever it takes, I just do not want to be arrested.

"Your cousin talked to me and said they do not want your arrest, but they want lots of money from you," my father said as he drove.

"Well, I'll give them the money," he said with a sigh. "The money I got from the book came at a good time.

Roger POV

During the month of February, while in the United States of America, with Queen on tour, we saw Kate's book in the American cities. Katherine has conquered the world with her book and Queen is in pursuit of the same achievement and we will face her in court soon.

March 1975.

During the month of March we did shows in the United States of America and we would stay until May in the land of Uncle Sam until the month of May, however, Freddie began to have problems with the voice and did some exams and was found that he has a lump in the throat and the doctor asked him to rest his voice a little. The last show we did in the United States was on March 30 in San Francisco.

April 1975.

On April 02 and 03 we made shows in Canada and on the 06 we returned to Seattle, United States of America and then embarked for London and when we got there we knew that EMI would pay us a trip for five days in Hawaii and we went and so we came back, we went to tour in Japan, which lasted for the rest of April and returned to London on 02 May.

May 1975.

This month, we heard from the band's lawyer, Jim Beach, that Queen will undo the contract with Trident Studios, however, she will have to pay 1% royalties on the next six albums of the band. And EMI Music has told us to prepare to work on the fourth album of the band and that they will invest millions in us and that we will now have the chance to record an album in height. The boys and I started writing new songs and we also set out to meet in court with Katherine. Katherine became a big hit, participating in television shows, interviews, book fairs, she even had to drop the work of an English teacher, she is just doing the Master's degree now. I locked my Master for lack of time.

On May 16, it was judgment day. The boys and I were with lawyer Jim Beach and Andrew Wood, Kate's cousin supporting us and Kate was with a lawyer too. At the end of the process, Kate will not be arrested, however, she will have to pay to band around 50,000 thousand pounds for slander and defamation.

At the end of the trial, Kate was leaving the courtroom as she passed us and looked at us and said,

"I will not pay £ 50,000 for you, I'll give up to £ 100,000 for the band, after all, now I have money." And now I have nothing else to do for Queen, it's all over, there's nothing left.

Kate still snubbed us, after all she knows the guys and I do not have any money. This is not Kate's personality, but she's also hurt us.

Two days after the trial, £ 100,000 was deposited into Queen's account.

"And she did what she promised," Freddie said. "Instead of 50,000 pounds, it was 100,000 pounds.

I ran a hand over my battered face. I'm not happy because Queen sued Kate. I miss her and I start to cry.
