Today is the day. My parents were driving me to California were I would get on a bus to The Elgen Academy. I have to leave all my friends behind. I wish I didn't have to go. When we get to California I got on a bus that said Elgen Academy on the side. It started moving as soon as I sat down even though I was the only kid on. When we got there they brought me to the nurse to see how my health was. They did all the normal tests plus some weird ones I didn't understand. They had me grab two chrome bars in the back of the room to 'test my electricity' whatever that meant. Then they brought me into my new room. I lay on the bed until someone knocks on the door. I open it to find a man. "I'm Dr. Hatch." He introduces himself. "You must be Eliza."
"Yeah. How'd you know?" I ask.
"We know all about you." He says. That's really creepy. "Except what power you have."
"Powers? Powers aren't real." I reason.
"No you have one for sure. We just have to find it. But for now there's someone I want you to meet. Your twin sister." He tells me.
"I don't have a twin." I insist.
"Yes you do." Dr. Hatch insists. "Eleanor come in." He calls.
A girl that looks just like me walks in the room. "Hey sis." She says.
