Laurie strode tiptoed down the stairs when she called out:

"Michael!"

After killing Ray, the husband of karen, the masked madman turned his gaze towards the door from outside and stared.

Laurie travelled her eyes and wondered when she locked the door and placed the huge wood on the door to prevent Michael from coming inside.

"Come here!",she called out.

Karen frantically tiptoed down the stairs when she asked to her mother who had a shotgun on her hand pointing at the door.

"Why are you screaming?",whispered karen.

"Michael is here. Get downstairs",replied Laurie.

"Now karen! Go!",she screamed when the lady with brown hairs obeyed to her words as she rushed inside the safe basement room.

Laurie started breathing heavily when she leaned on the door with the gun in her hand. She waited and looked outside when out of the blue the glass broke as a huge arm penetrated through the window and was struggling her. Michael placed his hand on Laurie's mouth when his other hand broke in as he held his sister's face and thumped it violently on the door. Laurie gasped and screamed as Michael's hands were all over her face. She struggled when she tried to pull her shotgun towards Michael when she shot him in the face.

Michael gasped and walked backward but Laurie frantically made her way towards the kitchen where she pressed the button from the remote and the middle-table of her kitchen moved to the other side when she entered the secret basement room and the furniture automatically moved back to it's original place.

Laurie and Karen were together into the room when Karen hugged her mother as she sobbed. There were fears in each other's eyes. Laurie swifly pressed on the button when the sophisticated machine opened up where there were several types of guns: submachines, battle riffle, shortgun, pistols.

Laurie took out the shortgun when they heard slow footsteps from upstairs. Laurie pointed her gun towards each step that Michael made from upstairs as he searched for his sister. The confused pyschopath searched for Laurie. Where could she disappeared?

Michael's footsteps sent shivers to karen's spine as she hide behind Laurie. A confused Michael walked for a moment when he made up his mind and tiptoed up the stairs.

Laurie and Karen pushed out an air of relief when Laurie handed Karen the shortgun. The daughter stared at her with watery eyes and hesistated.

"Do it when necessary",Laurie said as she handed her the shotgun. Karen took it with her trembling hand:

"I-I can't.."

"Decades of practice weren't for nothing karen!",replied Laurie. The latter seized another shortgun when karen said to her mother with little tears in her eyes:

"Mom! I love you"

Laurie stared at her when she hugged her daughter and kissed her forehead.

"It's time to end this once and for all",said Laurie while staring at her daughter. The latter nodded when Laurie opened up the secret basement room and left.
