Your P. O. V.

"I just want to make sure that you're doing fine baby girl. I miss you so much and I can't wait to see you soon. Please promise you will be back next week." I heard my mother say on the phone. I had her on speaker as I was getting ready.

"Mother I promise I will be on that plane by 9 a.m. next Friday morning and you will see me at 11 a.m or so. I'm so thankful that the plane ride is short. I know plans keep changing, but this will be a good break for me. I have to go because my shift will start soon. I love you. Oh, don't tell dad. I want it to be a surprise." I smiled when I thought about my dad. I love him.

"I won't Yn now have a good day hun. Bye"

After a long and much needed conversation with my mom, I grabbed my car keys and walked out the door. It was 8:13 and I knew I would have time to get coffee. I smiled as I got into my car to go to my favorite place a.k.a. Fill Up. It's a gas station that had a coffee shop inside.

As I was waiting in line, I heard people coming in. I turned around and saw 3 bodyguards. They were tall and seemed serious. I was a little excited to see who was coming in. Then the Michael Jackson walked in. I couldn't believe it. I turned around because I had to stay focused. It also seemed like he wasn't in a good mood.
When it was my turn the guy behind the counter realized who was behind me. He didn't even pay attention to what I told him. He was smiling at Michael. I know he wasn't paying attention because the look on his face told me that he was amazed.

I looked behind me to see that Michael wasn't even paying attentionto the guy. Michael was on his phone.
I only had 5 minutes before I had to be at work. I couldn't wait. I adjusted my strapped to my purse and began to walk out the door.

"So you aren't going to get anything?" I turned around to see that Michael was talking to me.

"I have no time to waste right now so I can't." I continued to walk but I guess he wasn't done.

"Your time isn't being wasted. How is it being waisted?"

"I don't have to explain myself and I certainly don't have time talk about it. I have to go. Have a good day." I said while fake smiling.

Before I walked at the door I noticed the guy behind the counter wasn't paying attention to us or a word I just said. He had his phone on the counter which told me he was ready to take a picture. He also had a pen and paper in his hand. He also wanted a autograph.

After I walked out of the door, I did feel bad for how blunt I was to Michael, but I shook it off. I drove to work in less than 2 minutes with 1 to spare. I was even impressed because that almost never happens. When I got on the elevator, a man stopped it with his leg. He was holding a box filled with personal items.

I believe he was the new guy that all the women were talking about for the past week. He was really good looking but that wasn't my focus. I promised myself that I wouldn't even try to get into anything with a man for at least another 3 months. I told myself that last week. So far it has been tougher than before. I can handle it though.

"You must be new here." I said while still thinking about the coffee I never got.

"Yes, this is my first day at least here. I have been a lawyer for 5 years."

"Hmm." I said to myself. I didn't mean to say it aloud. It took me by suprised.

"Did I say anything that shocked you?". He said while looking at me. He was tall and fine. He was wearing glasses which I think makes him look really young.
"Oh nothing really . You look younger than I thought.I was a little surprised. "
He chuckled and leaned closer. "Well I am a man full of surprises. You'll see Miss..."

"Yn. My name is Yn Yln. What is your name?"

"Oh Brian. Brian Williams." After he said his name, the elevator doors opened. "Well I hoped to see you again Miss. Yln." I smiled a little and then we began to go our separate ways.

As I was walking to my desk, I saw my best friend Jay sitting there patiently waiting for me. It kind of made me laugh because I knew he would ask what he just saw. I knew he saw me walk out the elevator with Brian by the look on his face. He was waiting to see what I would say. He knew that I knew what he was about to ask.

"No there is nothing going. You need to be at you desk because Mrs. Waterborne will be here to discuss her case with you." I said while walking to the break room.

I knew there was coffee in there . It's not the best but it will help. I had a long shift last night at my other job. I need something to keep me up. Jay stopped me from getting into the break room.

"Let me guess, you didn't get coffee today and you need some?" That's my best friend. He knows me well.

"Yes and there is a reason why but let me get through!"

"I bought you some coffee, but I'm not going to tell you where it is unless you give me one detail. Oh and boss wants to see you." My face changed everytime he said something new.

"He is a lawyer here and yoday is his first day. Why didn't you tell me that Chris wanted to see me. You know we aren't on good terms."

"It won't be bad Yn. Now go talk to hm so we can finish talking."

Jay gave me the coffee and I power walked to Chris' office. I knew this wasn't going to even good, but I wanted to get to over with. Here goes nothing.....
