Let's start this off with an example, right from the off.

Hey, I'm Angelina Goldthistle, and I'm in high school. Today we have a supply teacher so maybe the lessons will be more fun than normal.

I walk to class and we all wait for the teacher to arrive. And when he does, OMJ, he's so sexy. He has caramel skin and sexy black curls, as well as dark brown eyes and a hot asf smile. OMJ he's going to be my new husband and we're gonna get married and have kids.

"Hi kids I'm Mr Jackson" the teacher says.

Oh my life, I think he just winked at me. I fold up my worksheet into a paper aeroplane and throw it. Mr Jackson notices and yells at me.

"Detention after school!"

After school I stay behind and sit admiring Mr Jackson. He then stands up from his desk and pushes me against the wall, before starting to kiss my neck and touch me.

"I'm punishing you for your bad behaviour in class today" he tells me.

I can't wait to be punished.

Oh-kay, clearly that was exaggerated. It was meant to be. Hopefully a person's grammar skills are better than that.

Anyway, the thing I'm focusing on most is ... a teacher-student relationship.

Do people not realise that these kinds of relationships are actually illegal? I mean, don't get me wrong, you can't help who you fall in love with, but still ... it's kind of wrong in many ways.

A teacher and a student should ideally only have that relationship – teacher-student. Not boyfriend-girlfriend. And even if they do end up falling in love with one another ... seriously, make it realistic. The school would eventually find out, and the teacher – in this case, Mr Jackson – would obviously be sacked. The student might even be expelled, depending on the situation.

Writers, if you're going to write a teacher-student relationship, make it realistic in that sense. Their relationship – ignoring how wrong it may be – would not be kept secret or accepted by everyone. The news would spread like wild fire, and I doubt many people would be totally okay with it – especially the student's parents.
