Quirk description: if someone touches him, his body erupts in flames, it won't kill a person but if said person stays in his flames for too long, or touches him for too long it can certainly injure a person, but if they immediately stop touching him, they'll probably walk away with just a small burn wound, he hasn't yet learned to control his quirk, so he can make his flames go after anyone, yet.

Hero/villain outfit: he wears a short sleeved dark red shirt with lots of rips and burns, with a ripped and burnt cape, along with some dark orange shorts with burn marks on them.

Hero/villain name: Flame thrower

Personality: Kiroshi is usually cold, sarcastic, and blunt, he's very fearful of getting too close to people, worried he'll hurt them with his quirk, or that he would scare them off, even though he's training to become a hero he sees himself as a villain because of how many people have called his quirk a "Villains Quirk" despite that he will always train to be a hero. He doesn't have the best social cues, because he was locked in his room and homeschooled all his life, but he tries.

Backstory: Kiroshi had a nice life with his parents, and his brother, Until he got his quirk, once he did, his mother and father were terrified, so they locked him in his room, having Makato tutor him, and homeschool him, no one touched him ever, he hadn't felt someone hug him Since he was 4, and it hurt. One time when his brother had moved away, and he thought his mother and father were home, he left his room, to get a drink of water, without permission, it didn't turn out well, let's just say, his father was the one to give him his scar on his face.
