Quirk: Last Petal

Description: LAST PETAL - Similar to the game 'he loves me, he loves me not' user will pick a flower and start to take off the petals one by one. Instead of saying 'he loves me, he loves me not' user will say 'They're a friend, they're not a friend' (I DON'T KNOW OK!?) If the user plucks the last petal and it ends on 'They're not a friend' then the person they're thinking off will start to turn to dust.

If it lands on 'They're a friend' the user will not be able to use their quirk on that person again.
