Quirk: Ink Manipulation

Description: INK MANIPULATION - User can manipulate any form of ink, from pen ink to tattoo ink. With this ability, user can transform simple pen drawings into 3D structures that user can control at will. User can create armor out of ink, and user can even manifest objects, animals, or weapons out of it.

User depends on ink for this quirk to work, meaning, if there is no ink the quirk will not work. User also needs more ink for the bigger the thing they're making.

Range: Long, medium, short
