Quirk: Emotions

Description: EMOTIONS - Users can control opponents emotions, being able to make them happy, sad, angry, etc. User can also control how intense their emotions are.

The effect will only last for about 5 minutes before completely disappearing. If the user used it on someone and the effects run out user will have to wait 2 minutes until they can user their quirk on the same person.
