Hagakure's POV:

Whenever people see what my quirk is, it's either one of two reaction - "Oh my goodness, poor you! I bet it's awful when nobody can see you!" or "Lucky you! You could get away with anything!".

The truth is, I don't really mind being invisible. Sure it can be annoying when people straight up ignore you, but there are a few perks to it- like blushing, for instance.

Every time I talk to my crush, I get nervous, but as long as I keep my voice steady, nobody will ever know!

This was one of those times I'm glad nobody can see me. I was sitting at the back of the class, only half listening to Present Mic's lesson.

I was staring at a certain cute boy with a tail a few seats ahead of me. I could stare all I wanted and nobody would ever know!

"Can anyone answer this question? Yes, Ojiro?"

"Um... C?" he said.

"Correct! Great job!" praised Present Mic.

Ojiro smiled and his big tail waved from side to side a little. I almost died of cuteness- his tail wags when he's happy!

Soon class was over and I went to go talk to the rest of the girls.

"Hey, Toru! We were thinking about throwing a sleepover in my dorm!" said Mina excitedly. "All the other girls are going. What about you?"

"Sure! I'd love to!"

"Great! You can be in charge of getting the popcorn!" said Mina.

We discussed the sleepover for the rest of the break, until Aizawa entered and we had to sit down.

I looked forward to spending time with my friends tonight, but at the same time I knew that my crush would not remain a secret for much longer.

After school I walked to a nearby convenience store to buy some popcorn for tonight's sleepover. I wasn't exactly sure sleepovers were allowed in dorms but it's not like Aizawa was going to stop us, so we did them pretty often.

As I strolled along the sidewalk, I, or rather the floating t-shirt and shorts I was wearing, got a few curious glances.

I thought about what would happen tonight. Mina would definitely want to play truth or dare or something and make all the girls reveal their crushes.

I decided that if I was asked, I would tell them. They'll probably spend all of next week trying to get us together, especially Mina.

I payed for the four bags of microwave popcorn I bought and started to make my way back up to UA.

"There you are, Toru! It's Sato's turn to make supper tonight! You better get some fast before it runs out!" said Mina as I walked into the common room.

I quickly went into the kitchen to see most of class 1-a holding dishes of Sato's curry.

I looked around in disappointment when I saw that there was none left.

"It's so freaking bland!!!!"

I turned to see Bakugo slam his bowl down on the table angrily before trudging off to get some spices and hot sauce.

I quietly walked over to the table and grabbed his bowl. He was probably going to kill me when he finds out, but Sato's cooking is to die for anyway.

I shoved spoonfuls of it into my mouth as fast as I could, finishing the food in a record two minutes. Just as I was putting the bowl in the sink, Bakugo came back.

"Who ate my curry!!!!????"

"Mineta." I said quickly.

"I'm gonna kill you, grape juice!!!!!"

"W-what? Why!?"

I watched with satisfaction as Bakugo chased Mineta around the common room, accusing him of eating his 'bland' curry.

"Come on girls, let's get this sleepover started!" said Mina happily, leading the way to her dorm.

"Before Bakugo sets the dorm on fire." I added quietly, making Jiro snicker.

The girls all sat around Mina's dorm, wearing their pj's and chatting.

"Let's play truth or dare!" said Mina, stuffing a handful of popcorn into her mouth.

Called it.

"Uraraka, truth or dare?" asked Mina.

"Um, truth, I guess." answered the brunette.

"Who do you like?"

"I don't l-like anybody, what are you t-talking about?" she said, blushing furiously.

"Is it Midoriya or Iida? You're always hanging out with them." wondered Mina while the rest of us waited excitedly for her reply.

"Well, it's not Iida..." muttered Uraraka.

After we teased Uraraka for a while, Mina turned to me.

"Truth or dare, Toru?"

I weighed my options carefully. If I said dare, she might make me ask my crush out or embarrass myself in front of him. But if I say truth, she'll definitely ask who I like.

"Truth." I decided, wanting to get it over with.

"Who do you have a crush on?"

"Are you going to ask everybody that?" I grumbled.

"So? Who is it?" urged Mina, while the others listened with baited breath.

"Ojiro." I said quietly.

"Sorry, can you repeat that?" asked Mina with a mischievous smile.

"I said I have a crush on Ojiro." I said louder. If I wasn't invisible, I'd definitely be a blushing mess right now.

"I knew it!" yelled Mina "When are you going to tell him?"

"I don't know..."

"The sooner the better." advised Momo "I'm sure he likes you back!"

The game went on, most people choosing dare to avoid the question me and Uraraka had got.

After that we watched a movie and went to bed. I lay awake for a long time, thinking about Ojiro.

I'll tell him how I feel tomorrow! I decided. Smiling to myself, I rolled over and finally fell asleep.

I shifted nervously in my seat during our last class. I had planned out every detail of my confession to Ojiro but I still felt like something could go wrong. What if he doesn't like me back?

I shook those thoughts out of my head as the last bell rang and everyone stood up.

"Hey, Ojiro, wait up!" I called, catching up to the boy as he walked out of the classroom with Sero.

"Hey, Hagakure! What's up?" he smiled.

"I was, um, wondering if I could talk to you for a second? In private?" I said nervously. Good thing he couldn't see how anxious I was.

"Sure!" he agreed, cheeks turning slightly pink. Great, now I'm making him uncomfortable.

We stayed back as the rest of the class filed out of the classroom.

"So, what did you want to tell me?" asked Ojiro.

"It's just that, um... I completely understand if you don't feel the same but... I like you, Ojiro. I really like you and I have for a long time." I confessed.

Ojiro's eyes widened slightly but he didn't say anything for a minute.

I had assumed he was going to reject me so I opened my mouth to tell him it was ok that he didn't like me and I hoped we could still be friends.

But just then, something happened- Ojiro's tail started to wag like a happy puppy's. My hopes lifted and he said:

"I like you too, Hagakure! Would you like to go on a date with me?"

"Of course!"

I couldn't help but hug him excitedly, overjoyed that he felt the same way. I smiled as I saw his tail wag even harder.

We planned a time and place for our first date and opened the door to leave... only to see half of class 1-a listening at the door.

"Congratulations...?" said Mina nervously.

I sighed, but couldn't stay mad at them for long. After all, today was one of the best days of my life.
