Dozirc : yup but it will slow your mobility and movement action, 8 hours of sleep is 80% slower and the side effect be gone by half depending your sleeping
Izuku: so if I sleep 8 hours then the side effect is 4 hours
Dozirc : yup but you slowly getting your movement back to normal
