After a few days, you and your party made it to a small town, checking into an inn to stay for a couple of days. Bakugou had decided to stay in the room (with half of the party if it's more than just you) while you, Eri, and Aya went into town to get some stuff, Aya looking in her spellbook for specific ingredients. While on your errand, you were curious about Aya's magic, especially about 'auras', as she had mentioned them but never fully explained them. 

"Hm? Oh, auras show what kind of person someone is, the brighter the more pure, honest, and good-natured person, the darker, and the more evil, deceitful, and malicious they can be. It's rare to have a pure or evil aura, though almost everyone starts out pure, like Eri, her aura is pure white. Wizards and other magic wielders can see auras naturally, though I can show you with a potion!" 

Aya reached into her bag and pulled out a potion with a light blue liquid inside. She uncorked it, letting it pour out, as soon as it was out, it turned into a mist, and you could see colors outlining you and a few people around. Eri, like Aya said, had a pure white aura that shined bright. Aya had a bright blue aura. "The different colors have to do with a person's personality, so for me, I'm more intelligent but also shy and careful. Now, Bakugou... has a red aura, however, red isn't bad, it just means...he's angry, heh, but it's a bit bright so he's a good person. And don't worry, the potion only lasts for five minutes, so you won't have to see so many colors forever, hehe." 

You looked at yourself and had a (you pick what kind of aura and how bright it is) before looking around, it amazed you how a simple light could show what kind of person someone was. But as you looked around, you saw someone with a dark, very dark aura...it wasn't fully black, but it was close. "Let's try to stay away from that guy...let's finish shopping," Aya said, corking the potion before continuing on. You had a bad feeling about him as if he was doing something shady.

Do you just ignore the stranger and go along with Aya and Eri, or do you investigate, letting your curiosity get the better of you to find out what this man is doing?
