Matrix's P.O.V.

"HELLO DEAR!!!!!" Mother yelled. "It's time Volucris," I said. I went over to the window and levitated mother up to the window. "Hello again mother," I said as mother slid in the window. "Hello dear. So I've been wondering if you want something else for your birthday tomorrow," Mother said. "Well mother maybe you could give me some of those blue shells you gave me 2 years ago," I said. "But the beach I got them from is 3 days away at least," Mother said. "I know but I was thinking that maybe instead of the lights you could give me the shells," I said. "Alright dear. I'll be back in 3 days time. I love you dear," Mother said. "I love you more," I said. "I love you most," Mother said. I levitated her back to the ground and she left.

Time Skip

Denki's P.O.V.

I woke up to being tied in a chair. "Okay who are you and how did you find me?" A male voice asked. "Um....what?" I asked. "Who are you? And how did you find me?" The voice asked again as a figure jumped down from the banisters. "Figure in the shadows I know not who you are or what lead me to find you but all I can say is: hello," I said. The figure walked into the light revealing a male about 13. "Who are you?" I asked. "I'm the one asking questions here. Now I ask again. Who are you and how did you find me?" The male asked. "The name's Denki Kaminari and again I have no idea what lead me here," I said. "Do you know where my satchel is kid?" I asked. "I'm NoT a KiD," The male said in a demonic voice. "You're a demon?" I asked. "Actually a...." He trailed off. "Half-demon?" I asked. The male didn't reply. "I'll take that as a yes. Anyway can you let me go and give me my satchel," I said. "No. I've hidden it somewhere you'll never find it," The male said. I turned my head and saw a pot. "It's in that pot isn't it?" I asked. 

I was knocked out again.

I woke up to the male in front of me. "Now I've hidden it where you'll never find it," He said. I sighed. "Now do you know anything about the floating lights that will appear tomorrow evening?" The male asked. "You mean the lantern thing they do for the prince?" I asked. "Lanterns of course. Well Denki was it? You will take me to see those lanterns and bring me back home safely," The male said. "Overprotective parents?" I asked. "My mother is not overprotective. She's just cautious," The male said. "Look you got a name because I need something to call you," I said. "Matrix," The male said. "Well Matrix untie me and give me my satchel and i'll take you to see the lanterns," I said. "Take me to the lanterns and then i'll give you your satchel," Matrix said. "Fine. I don't have much of a choice to negotiate do I?" I said. "Nope. Also you can tear this tower apart brick by god forsaken brick and you'll still never find your satchel," Matrix said holding the chair I was tied in. Matrix had put the frying pan to my neck. "Okay okay. I'll take you to see the lights then I bring you back and then you give me my satchel," I said. "Really?" Matrix asked excitedly. Matrix coughed and went back to sounding serious "Really?". "Yeah," I said. "Okay. Good. I shall untie you and we shall go," Matrix said. Matrix whistled an a demon bird landed on his shoulder. "Hear that Volucris i'm finally gonna go outside," Matrix 'whispered' to the bird. 'Oh god this guy's crazy' I thought.
