"A new hero partner? I thought me and Sia were doing great?" Horoki said walking next to Endeavor.

He sighed and said "You've come so far, yet you still fall short. Being a hero isn't just having one trick. And you are mistaken.... It's partners." Endeavor touched his earpiece saying "Send them in."

Albeit, part of that reason was because Endeavor doesn't want her to get hurt. Yes, the Todoroki and practically all of Endeavor's sidekicks know. No, Horoki, bless his soul, still doesn't know.

He looked ahead as Endeavor spoke. "You're new teammates:

Tomo Hiragana, hero name: Origami. You're tactician.

Kanji Kumo, hero name: Ripper. You're ghost.

They will both serve you well, and I trust them."

He saw Takahoshi waiting for him. Hiragana had light, dirty blonde hair, a few streaks of blue in it. Her eyes were a light brown color, and she was rather short, barely reaching Horoki's shoulder, she wore a simple light brown sweater, with black shorts.

Kumo had black hair with purple highlights in it, pale white skin, purple eyes, and he wore a purple hood with black sweatpants. Endeavor had them all standing side by side.

He walked past them saying "As heroes, you all must work hard to live successfully through all kinds of missions, sometimes even having to fight each other."

He turned to Hiragana and said "Hiragana, you'll go first. You'll spar with Horoki first. Do you're best to make your opponent tap out!"

He smirked and the two walked into a little arena. She smiled, walking to the other side.

'What's she so happy for?' Horoki thought.

"Fight!" Endeavor commanded.

Horoki charges at her. She stayed put, having her eyes closed. She looked up at him, her eyes now glowing blue like how Aizawa's would. He pulled his fist back, but she ducked at the last minute.

'Dodge his punch.'

He turned around to see she was gone.

'Use the blind spots his wings give him and sneak behind him.'

He looked around, only to suddenly be kicked in the back, right in between his wings. His breathing stopped, and Endeavor thought he saw mist leave his mouth. Horoki hold his neck as if he's choking, and that's when he realized it. He was.

'Horoki's quirk!' Endeavor thought running over to him.

He continued coughing, the flame hero using his flames on his neck.

"That's- that's cheating! How did you know about how my quirk effects my insides?!" He coughed out.

She placed a finger on her chin and said "I didn't.... My quirk did."

(Tomo Hiragana

Quirk: Cheat

Her eyes can see any information in her line of sight, making her photographic memory even more of a weapon! She can see all the moves her opponents make, and even see their weaknesses!)

He stopped coughing and said "Alright, I tap out! I can't fight someone who can literally out think me!"

The two stepped to the side as the other two walked into the arena.

"Fight!"

Kumo stretched and said "Are you sure that you wanna do this? My quirk can be a bit.... Bad."

Sia smirked confidently and said "Just come at me!"

He might be a hero, but even Endeavor couldn't convince Sia to take a break.

His timid demeanor changed and he smiled widely.

"You really fell for that act huh?!"

He flexed his muscles and dozens of what looked like small, thin, hair-like feathers went towards her. She dodged them, but turned to see Kumo punch her in the jaw. He sent more hairs at her, and when they hit, she slumped to the ground.

"Sia?!" Horoki called out to Takahoshi.

"Geez, and you call yourself a hero! You can't even tell the difference between a person faking something, and the truth!"

He looked down at her to see her not getting up.

"Odd, I didn't use enough venom to kill her."

He poked her and said "I think I paralyzed her!"

Quirk: Bird-Eater Tarantula

He can fire hairs on his body with all the powers of a tarantula at his disposal!)

"Well, I think they're ready!" Takahoshi said once she could feel again.

"She's right, they've already got plenty of experience, I don't see a reason to wait." Horoki said going along with her.

A quirk that can cheat, and a quirk that can use all the powers of a tarantula.... It's  fortunate that they became heroes.

"You're right, but there is one thing I want to see first.... I'm sending you to capture a villain. All the other heroes have failed, but I think your team will be good for the job."

He handed Horoki the file and said "The hero commission thought it would be best if you were the one to bring him in."

Takahoshi took the opportunity to look at it, her eyes widening in shock.

"My father.... We'll do it!" Horoki said, determination in his voice.

*A few hours later*

On his earpiece, Horoki said "Ripper, you in position?"

From on top of a water tower nearby, Ripper was waiting.

"Yeah. Origami, you by the door?"

Origami was waiting next to a door, specifically the one to the main office.

"Yep! Coralcane, ready for some action?!"

Coralcane was down at the front gate to the place they were breaking into.

"Let's go!"

The gate was blasted off, guards rushing out to intercept them. Ripper sent out his hairs, also walking down the side of the water tower. For a second, things for him went slower, and from his point of view, a purple aura went around his head. He quickly dodged to the side to avoid a bullet.

"Shit! Guys," He said getting into some cover, bullets flying past him. "I'm pinned down out here! Keep headed towards the objective!" He spoke over his earpiece.

They continued on. Origami was sitting in a chair, typing with great speed. She smiled as Horoki saw all the cameras shut down.

"Cameras are down! Speaking of which, the villain should be in the room just up ahead!"

Horoki nodded and him and Coralcane strapped on their goggles.

He shot down the front door, and said "Come out, Hakimichi!"

They looked inside the room to see scorch marks all over it.

Coralcane looked at a window and said "Looks like he escaped!"

From where Ripper was tying up the guys who were shooting at him, his spider sense went of again, putting him on full alert. He looked around, trying to identify the threat.

He looked up and said through the coms "HE'S IN THERE WITH YOU!"

The villain tackled Coralcane out of the window, landing on the ground. When she looked up, she barely avoided the swing of an axe.

"So, you're the one my mistake likes? I'm gonna make you suffer before you die!" He said swinging again.

She lit up with a vibrant pink glow, electricity spilling from her fingertips at him. He blocked the attack with his axe, noticing a pink glow coming from her stomach.

"Hehe.... Well if it isn't my lucky day. My brat got you knocked up, huh?" He said, swinging at her again.

She backed up to dodge, one of the swings slicing her shoulder. He kicked her into a tree, walking over.

"Your quirk is useless against me girl! Time to die!"

He brought down his axe, and it was as if things went in slow motion. She was tackled out of the way, looking to see Horoki being the one to do so.

*SLICE*

"Horoki? That was close, for a second I thought I was-"

She looked at him to see he looked extremely pale, his nose red, and him shivering as if he was cold.

"HOROKI!" She said seeing a sight.

She became nauseous, seeing his once fiery wings laying on the ground behind him.

He spoke in a shivering tone saying "C-cold! I'm so cold!"

She looked to see the other two wrapping the villain in webbing and said "Kumo!"

He looked and immediately ran over.

"Some toxins can make people hot right?! Use them on Horoki, or his own quirk will kill him!"

He nodded and lifted Horoki's wrist to his mouth.

"Sorry about this!"

He bit into his skin, the veins being slightly visible from the venom.

'Please live, Horoki!' Sia thought.

Unbeknownst to her, her stomach grew larger.
