An AU of mine

The candles shone in the dim room. It connected a pentagon written in sheep's blood. Sarvente held the book in her hands as she recited a spell in an unknown language. The church shook as a portal opened before her, leading to the deep depths of the underworld.

Sarvente placed the spell book down onto the counter. The portal glowed in a bright hot pink color and reflected off Sarvente's tri-colored face. She sighed deeply and ripped her nun clothes off, showing her demon wings, horns and beautiful pink sakura hair. She shivered at the feeling the cold air hit the exposed parts of her body. The nun outfit was a bit uncomfy for her, it felt good to expose her demon form and be free for a while. 

Sarvente, the former ruler of hell decided to return after giving up her throne and living on the surface to lead poor souls into the gates of heaven. Once in a blue moon, she wood come back to check whether everything was in order. No complications or any power-hungry demons who dare to challenge her just to be the new ruler. This was the time for that. 

Lucifer stepped into the portal and breathed in the smell of burning souls. Sarv glanced around, happy to see the suffering souls. She couldn't help but smile at the people suffering and being burnt. What? Could you really blame her? They were given a chance to live and prove themselves worthy back on the surface! They took that chance for granted and look what they brought upon themselves.

She roamed and flew around the underworld, some things have stayed the same, but things that didn't change extremely did. Sarvente was confused on why things changed, she never ordered to do so. Besides, she gave strict instructions to keep everything orderly and probably the same. Sarv talked with some of the friends she had during her rule and the people she met back from her old visits. They all had some sort of reputation in hell, whether good or not. Something that she was baffled about was when she spoke even a single word about the throne and whether the person who she entrusted continued to rule. Her friends seem to sweat a lot and seem nervous, as if they weren't telling her about something. Nonetheless, she never questioned it. Whoever dared to challenge her, she could easily defeat them. She was the most powerful being there.

When Lucifer started to near the castle on where she mainly ruled, a familiar being approached her. The figure wore a cloak covering most of the upper part of their body. They wore a sash filled with sus vials and potions of unknown use. Obviously, this wasn't a human being, perhaps a creature. They had a dark torquoise colored fur, dim yellow glowing eyes and hooves that seem to work as hands. In a cold raspy voice, the creature muttured out "Pleasure to see you back here, your highness.." She fixated her focus to the being the stood in front of her. The mysterious figure removed their hood revealing his head with a skull implanted on it. She crossed her arms and smirked. "Ah.. Odani, my beloved soldier." Sarvente softly spoke in a bold tone. 'Odani' bowed down before her and whispered praises.

"Do enlighten me, Odani. Tell me every single detail about the events that took place while I was gone."
"As you wish, your highness." Odani started. He continued on about the events that happened in full detail. He informed her about the battles and wars that took place between their kingdom and several others. Sarv was delighted to hear that they reigned victorious in every single one. She liked that he never added commentaries and interruptions about his thoughts. Odani was a loyal and honest soldier to Sarvente, he could never lie and betray her. After all, he made a deal with the devil, how could he break it?

" Ah, I knew you'd do fine. But, something has been baffling me ever since my return earlier,"

"May I ask what it is, your highness?" Odani asked curiously, forgetting about the one most important thing that has changed. 

"It is a topic about my throne.. Nobody said anything about it. All the people whom I've inquired never told me the truth.."

The fur on Odani seemed to stand up, he started to sweat and stutter about it. He knew that Sarv would be disappointed in him to know the truth. Despite his fear, Odani told her the truth. Sarv was somewhat a good person so he knew she would understand. 

Odani revealed the truth to Lucifer, he told her about a demonic creature that was similar to her.

[ Flashback named Richard brought to you by yours truly ]

 While Odani was patrolling the castle, the demon uninvitedly showed up. Odani hid between pillars and observed the intruder. He wasn't sure what the demon was capable of, so he didn't interfere yet. The demon whistled as he looked around the place and seemed to fancy it. He had a wide devilish grin implanted on his face. A few seconds later, another demon showed up. This time with only one horn. The other seemed to be a lot shorter, obviously female and uninterested as she read a book

The two demons spoke in a language that Odani himself couldn't understand. 'Must be a language from the surface world..' He thought quietly. The two seemed to be having a disagreement resulting in the shorter one to leave. The remaining demon sighed frustratedly and summoned another being. It was another demonic creature, but this one appeared more human-like. 

Odani shook his head and decided to take matters into his own hands. Odani called for backup and put the castle under code red. The intruders didn't seem too powerful as they showed no dangerous kind of magic or sorcery. The guards thought they'd be easy to handle. Surely they could defeat them effortlessly, right?

Not even a few minutes later, the guards surrounded them and ambushed the two demons. The first demon didn't even seem concerned or scared, just unamused and annoyed. The demons were being pointed at with long spears, swords, and other normal weapons. They both sighed and came close to each other, preparing to attack later on.

"Welp, shit, we have company, Sel." He murmured to Selever. Julius wasn't very powerful just like him, but he still held magic to defend himself. Besides, he could handle fighting physically, not with powers or sorceries of sorts. 

"No shit, sherlock" Sel replied

In a flash, the pair of demons attacked and they were surprisingly winning despite being very outnumbered. Even Odani couldn't believe his eyes. His comrades were being knocked out, shredded into pieces or full on disintegrated by the other pink demon. Odani completely underestimated Selever, and he made a huge mistake. What was he gonna tell Lucifer once she comes back?

Less than ten minutes later, The demons completely wiped out the hundreds of guards. Some guards including Odani himself have survived quite barely. Other soldiers were very unlucky. 
"Greatttt-- Those people just put me in a shit mood." Julius stated while wiping off the blood off his shirt. He wasn't too tired at all, this wasn't his first and certainly not the last fight with Selever by his side.
"Ohh come on, don't be so dramatic, shitface. Now we have the entire castle to ourselves! Man, it feels great to be Lucifer's son." Selever aforementioned him. It was true, he was very powerful just like his mother.

Odani coughed up blood and stood up, leaning against a pillar. He made a huge mistake, Sarv would be extremely dissatisfied once she knows about it. She even entrusted Odani to take care of her kingdom!  He grabbed a knife from a dead guard's hands and tried to attack Selever by the back, but Julius caught him by the collar and dropped him harshly on the cold floor. 
"Awh, tryna assassinate the new ruler of hell now? How cute.." Julius spoke carelessly, forcing Odani to look at him by grasping his neck.

" WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU INTRUDERS?? " Odani screamed in a language not very understandable for him as he tries to free himself from Julius' grasps. 

"Uhhh Selever?? I have no idea wtf he's saying. You didn't tell me they had some sort of  Enderman language! "

" It's your majesty to u, sweetheart, Now move aside. "

" Rude much.." Julius was pushed to the side to watch whatever the fuck Sel was gonna do to that somehow surviving guard. Hopefully snap his neck or something.. he silently thought.

" Listen carefully here, motherfucker, I am now your new ruler. You couldddd sayyyy I'm related to your so called 'Lucifer.' "  Selever made air quotes at the word 'Lucifer'. He could understand him for some reason, he had a blurry memory of his mother teaching him things about the underworld and the language they had when he was a child. He kind of remembered the words and pronunciations somehow. Hopefully he didn't sound like gibberish to Odani or something.

Odani was extremely confused and flabbergasted at the word 'related to Lucifer'. He didn't know the Sarv had family of sorts. She didn't tell him about it, atleast. 

Although Selever's way of speaking to him in that language sounded a lot like a child's way of speaking, he could still understand him.. Partially.

He refused to bow down to another being that isn't Lucifer herself. Upon realizing this, Selever put a harsh slap on his face to which Julius himself was taken aback. 
"Be thankful that I'm being nice to you.. Or else you'd be back to the way your life was here before you met that Lucifer of yours." Selever murmured obviously pissed. Odani doesn't know what to do at this point, so he just sat there helplessly. He was too weak to say anything at all.

"Are you done orrr--"

"Shut the fuck up, Julius. Now, do me a favor, hm? Go tell the people about their new ruler here." Selever ordered the poor guard.

Odani slowly nodded, not knowing what else to really do. Obviously this being was far too powerful for him to fight. "Yes... y-your majesty.."

Selever smirked satisfied at the name he was given. He needed to get used to being called that. Sel let Odani and the surviving soldiers free. None of them can really challenge him at all, can they?

"Mannn I was waiting for you to snap his neck or something." Julius said, disappointed at him

" I felt a little nice and let them go. Somebody needs to inform the people about their new ruler, do they not?"

"Yeah, you're right."

[ End of the flashback named Richard ]

"Me and the other guards went into hiding after that.. we hid our identities since the ruler wants us all dead. " Odani sighed and pointed to a poster of him saying 'WANTED: Dead or Alive'
Sarvente felt bad for her friend and extremely angered at whoever took her throne. What other being could surpass her power?? 

"Do lead me to the castle, dear, I shall face whoever this demon is."
"Of course, your highness." And with that, Odani escorted her to the main entrance of the castle. She thought long and hard about whoever could this demonic creature be on the way there.
When the two made it to their destination, it was surrounded by a number of new guards, none of which she recognized to be hers. She made sure to show no mercy to the beings who overtook her throne. 

Odani shivered as they both stood near the castle. He knew he would be immediately killed the moment he takes a step in the gates. Sarvente had a face filled with determination. She plotted a proper punishment in her head for whoever it is.
In order to not make a scene, Sarv put a small spell that put all of the patrolling guards around the castle to deep slumber. It'll buy her more time to get through the main room. 

The former guard hid behind Sarv's wings, refusing to step inside. "What's the matter Odani?" Sarvente asked him. 
" I was forbidden to enter the castle after the incident.. "
" Ah, very well then. I shall continue on my own. Best of luck to you, Odani. "
Odani turned around and began to walk the opposite way. "You too, your highness" He spoke before disappearing into the shadows of the underworld.

Sarvente entered the castle, shocked at how the place has changed. Along the corridors and hallway's walls, there were several paintings and pictures of a demon creature with the same hot pink eyes as her. She couldn't fully make out the face of the demon since it was very much dim and the paintings always had a shadowy face for the demon. It has been a while so Sarv soon got lost in the huge castle. It looked large on the outside, but it's bigger than heaven on the inside. 

After a few hours of wandering around lost like a child, Sarv was forced to use a navigation spell that led her into the throne room. There stood a tall, metallic dark pink door which led into the room. She sighed deeply and was a bit hesitant as she held the gold doorknob of the door, but she brushed it off remembering she was the most powerful being in the underworld here. 

What she thought was going to be a huge, power-hungry demon sitting on the throne, she saw a familiar teenage-looking boy at her throne screaming and flipping off a guard who got an order of his wrong. What's even worse is that she was absolutely furious to recognize who it was, It was her son Selever. 

Rage and fury took over Lucifer's body once she knew who it was.
"SELEVER!" She screamed, causing the castle to shake tremendously at her booming voice. Selever was offended by who ever called him by his name, but stunned upon knowing it was his birth-giver. "WHO DARES TO CHALLEN- Oh- Mom?!" Sel astoundedly shouted, forcing himself to sitting up straight(more like gay) on the throne. 'Shit she's gonna kill me' He thought to himself.
