COPY AND PASTED ANNOUNCEMENT FROM MY MB:

In celebration of Valentine's Day, I will be releasing some special Wings of Fire adopt packs in my Adoptables book!!
Each pack will include:
>Headshots of two adult dragons
>A ship art basefill of the two dragons
>Brief summary of the two dragon's love story
>Fullbody basefill/s of the offspring of the two dragons (either a combination of the parent's tribes or a singular tribe, depending on whether the parents are of opposing sexes) should the person applying desire it
>Fifteen votes on any of the applicant's works (optional)
>A shoutout of the applicant's account (optional)
There will be six of these packs, each being Write To Adopt, plus Name To Adopt for every individual dragon in the pack. For the WTA, all you have to do is read the given outline for the tale of how the adult dragons fell in love, and write their first encounter with each other yourself- think of it as a short story contest! Other criteria and rules such as due date, max applications, and word count will be detailed in the chapters themselves.
Seeing as I'm 99.999% sure I'm going to be Valentineless this February 14th, I'm excited to share these with you guys and be feeling the love from your cute little entries!!!

RULES & INFO:

~Entries must be at least 400 words, and preferably no more than 750 words (though it's okay if you go a bit over)

~All writing must be done by you. Plagiarism will result in blacklisting.

~Keep to the story prompt

~Put your completed short story in a chapter in whatever book of yours that you wish, with a clear title, and tag me to it

~You can enter for as many packs as you want, but you may only win one (unless there are, as I suspect there will be, an incredibly low number of people trying out)

~Deadline is 4:00 PM NZT February 11th, though late entries may be accepted on the 12th and 13th, and winners will be announced on Valentine's Day

~Comment whatever's in the quotation marks in the title to have your name put down so I know who's entering

~All entrants will get a mention on my message board and a vote on their entry

~If you win a pack, you need to use it! I put time into these, even if it's just uploading the bio info, pictures, and the story you wrote to your OC book, or setting the ship art as your profile picture, I want to see them being used! (ADD ON TO THIS: If you so wish, I am more than happy to copy and paste any bio information or anything into a comment or onto a document and PM it to you, so you in turn can copy and paste it into your OC book.)

Dragon 2's wing of Skywing scouts is ambushed on the edge of the Rainforest. She escapes, badly injured, and unable to fly or walk very far. A friendly Rainwing, Dragon 1, stumbles upon her. He's cheery and curious about the pretty stranger. She's stubborn and incredibly bad-tempered. Do with this what you will.
