It has been a few years since F4 and Shancai have graduated from their university. Now older and wiser, F4 are running their family businesses and Shancai is working at Ah-Si's family business and they are also married. One day while Lei was out on a lovely walk on break, he felt some type of pain in his abdomen. It hit him without warning and he grabbed his stomach. He spotted a bench near by and limpped towards it to sit down.

"What the? I never felt this pain before, I think I should sit down until it subsides, maybe even see how my mother is doing, while I wait." he thought as he grabbed his phone out and started to dial the number to his mom but the pain got stronger, "Ok not gonna work there's the pain again. What's going on?"
After a few minutes his pain subsides, he decided to ignore it as he got up and went back to his office thinking it was nothing to worry about. After a few minutes while looking through some paperwork his phone went off.

"Wei (hello)?" he asked after picking up the phone

"Hey Lei, I haven't heard from you in a while, how you been?" the other person on the other end asked, Lei instantly recognized the voice it was one of his buddies Mei-Zuo.

"I'm alright, just this weird pain in my stomach that has been bugging me. How are you dude?" Lei asked as he looked down to sign some documents.

"I'm fine, just worried about you. We all are." Mei-Zuo replied as he started typing on the computer in front of him. He was refering to the other member of F4 and Shancai.

"There's nothing to be worried about Mei-Zuo, I'm fine." Lei replied standing up to stretch his legs.

"Lei you just said you were having stomach pains, that's not good. You should get it checked out." Mei-Zuo replied as one of his workers came in to get a signature. After a few minutes they ended the call. Lei sat there thinking of what Mei-Zuo was talking about. After some thought and doing a few more paperwork, he decided that his friend was right, he needed to get the pain checked out. He decided to go to the hospital. Once arriving at the hospital, the doctor did a few years to see what was wrong with him. After a few more tests and minutes the results were back; and what he thought was just a minor stomach pain, proved to be much worse. The news wasn't good.

"We got your tests results back. And I'm.sorry to say you have liver cancer..." the doctor said with a sad expression.

"How long do I have?" Lei questioned with pure shock in his voice after what he just heard.

"3 months." the doctor replied. Lei was shocked, as the shock ran through him, he thanked the doctor and left. He needed to call his family and friends to let them know. When his called his parents his mother was very sad but also supportive, in the other hand his father wasn't. He yelled at him for getting it in the first place. After calling his parents he called Ah-Si.

"Hey Ah-Si, I need you to get the guys together. It's important." Lei replied as soon as Ah-Si answered his phone.

"Ok Lei but why?" Ah-Si asked with a confused expression.

"Well I'll explain when I see you guys." Lei replied.

"Where do you want to meet?" Ah-Si questioned.

"Our usual place." Lei replied.

"Ok I'll call them." Ah-Si replied

"Ok bye." Lei replied and hung up. After hanging up with each other, Ah-Si called Mei-Zuo, Xi-Men, and Shancai and explained that Lei wanted to meet. They asked him why but Ah-Si told them that Lei said it was important and he didn't know anything else and they agreed to meet. Lei on the other hand was worried to see how his friends would react on his news as he drive to their usual place. Once arriving,  they sat down at a table and started to ask what's with the sudden meeting....it was time to tell them

"So what's this about Lei?" Mei-Zuo asked when their drinks arrived and he was sipping his.

"Guys I don't know how to tell you this, but I went to the doctors today and it turns out that I have liver cancer. I only have three months to live." Lei replied looking at his friends waiting on their reaction and reply. They all stopped sipping their drinks and looked at him as shock ran through them.

"Lei this is a joke right? You're kidding right?" Mei-Zuo asked when he just heard what Lei had told them.

"No I'm not joking. It's true." Lei replied. After a few hours of talking about it, they were very supportive but also very upset. They left with stuff on their minds. Once Lei got home, he went to the bedroom and put his keys and wallet on the dresser. Suddenly the pain crept up. It was more painful them before. He grabbed some painkillers and took them. It was painful enough to make him drop to the floor. He finally got to the bed after quite a struggle. He got on the bed and laid there until it subsides praying for it to end soon.

"Please let this pain end soon."  he thought. After a few minutes the pain subsides and he finally got up and changed into his pjs and went to bed for a much needed rest.
