"Will you marry me?" He questioned.

"Yes." She answered.

"Perfect! We are getting married in two days then."

"Wait Mr. Kapoor."

"Hmm?"

"First we have to convince Radha Maa that I'm not marrying you for money or some deal."

"How?"

"Ek dumey lull dimag hai aapka.(You're so stupid.)"

"Excuse me?"

"Or nahi to ka? Ka hai ke dimag wala log aisa baatien nahi na karte hain.(Or what? Smart people don't talk like you.)"

"Don't beat around the bush and tell me what we gonna do?"

"We'll make a story that me and you met eight months ago at some coffee shop and you instantly developed a liking for me."

"And then you joined a school as teacher which also happened to be my daughter's school. You are okay with me being a Divorcee and now we want to get married because we are madly in love."

"Umm okay. Sounds convincing but the thing is you need to know some more things about me. Radha maa is too smart."

"I know about your past life in Varanasi. Just tell me something about your present life and your likes and dislikes."

"Oh okay!"

"No wait! Don't start otherwise you won't stop talking. Let's do one thing, I'll ask and you'll answer. What say?"

"Sure but can we do this after Lunch? Reet must be hungry."

Ram smiled lightly thinking she genuinely cares for Reet.

"Reet baby come here!" Bani called Reet.

"Coming Ms. Bani." Reet replied running towards her and the climbed on her lap.

"Papa is Ms. Bani complaning about me?" Reet asked.

"Shaitaan billi hum kaahe tumhari complaint karne lage?(Wicked cat why would i complaint about you?)"

"Kaa hai ke teacher ka yahi na kaam hota hai.(Because that's what teachers do.)" Reet imitates Bani making Ram laugh.

"I'm telling you Mr. Kapoor, your daughter is going to be a great actress one day. How dramatic she is!"

"Let's order our food now?"

"Reet what do you want?" Bani asked looking at the menu card.

"Whatever you'll have best friend. I want the same."

Ram raised his eyebrows impressed.

"I'll toh have Indian food best friend."

"Okay done. What about you Papa?"

"Why are you asking? It's not like you're going to order." Ram said.

"I will Papa, i will. Just tell me what will you have." Reet said and then turned to the waiter gesturing him to come.

The waiter arrived holding a notebook in his hand waiting for them to place order.

"Ms. Bani what do you want?"

"I'll have Kadhai Paneer with garlic naan and marinated onions." Bani replied smiling.

"One Kadhai paneer and garlic naan for the lady. And yes, don't forget marinated onions." Reet ordered, she was waving her hand in air while talking like some grown up.

"What do you want Papa?"

"You guys don't have non-veg?"

"Hey bhagwan. Mr. Kapoor aap non-veg khaate hain? Ram ram paap lagega aapko paap.(Oh lord, you're non vegetarian? It's a sin Mr. Kapoor.)"

Ram rolled her eyes.

"Calm down Bani, i forgot we are at a vegetarian restaurant. I'll have peas pulao with cucumber Raita."

"Okay one peas pulao and cucumber Raita for our man." Reet ordered with a smile and the waiter left asking them to wait for some minutes.

"Wait OUR man? He is not my man Reet." Bani said twisting her lips.

"You are getting married to Papa no? Then he'll be OUR man." Reet replied shrugging her shoulders and Bani looked at Ram, shock clearly visible on her face.

"Who told you that we are getting married Darling?" Ram inquired.

"When you asked Ms. Bani for marriage, i heard it." Reet said now busy in counting petals of the artificial flowers placed on their table.

"Okay Baby, but don't tell this to anyone. Like no one, not even Dadi. Okay?"

"But why not? Kyuki jab pyaar kiya to darna kya?" Reet sung the last part and Ram looked at Bani pointedly.

"You're teaching her these things, Aren't you?"

Bani looked away avoiding any kind of eye-contact.

The waiter came back with their orders and placed the food on Table.

"I'm so hungry." Reet licked her lips.

"So am i!" Bani said rubbing her hands together inhaling the nice aroma of food.

"Ae Bhaiya ji, Kxh non-veg nahi na hai?(Brother, there's no non-veg food right?)"

"Nahi nahi Ma'am, ek dum vegetarian hai sab kxh.(No no, everything's veg.)"

"Thank you!"

"You don't eat non-veg?" Ram asked.

"Ofcourse not. I can't eat dead body of a living creature." Bani said making a disgusted face.  "Anyways don't talk about that otherwise i won't be able to eat this also." She added.

Bani was eating and feeding Reet as well. The lunch was done in silence, just some bad jokes coming from Reet and Bani laughing at them.

"Let's go to the beach now." Reet said jumping in excitement.

"Baby I've to go back home." Bani said.

"No Ms. Sharma, you can't go now. We have to discuss some things." Ram said picking up Reet in his arms.

"Yay! We are going to beach." Reet exclaimed happily.

"So yeah I'll be asking questions and you answer them. Okay?"

"Okay Mr. Kapoor."

"What's you age?"

"I'm 25 running."

"Huh? You're not even 25?"

"I'll complete 25 next month."

"You know my age?"

"Must be 40 or something."

"Excuse me? I'm just 37."

"Oh okay!"

"Next question, what's you favourite colour and food and drink?"

"Black and pastel colours, North Indian food and Caramel frappe."

"I guess this will be enough. I know your college and all already."

"How do you know so much about me?"

"That's not something you need to know. Just tell me this is enough no?"

"I think so!"

"Let's go then."

"Sure."

Ram killed the car infront of Radha Dham and came out of it.
He opened the door of Bani's side and helped her out holding her hand.

"Bye Bani." He placed his hand on her cheek softly caressing them.

"What are you doing Mr.---"

"Shush-- Radha Maa is watching as. We have to pretend."

"Oh!" She said leaning on his touch.

"Will come to meet Radha Maa tomorrow?"

"Sure!" She said faking a bright smile and went.

"Bye!" He said waving at her.

"Bye!" She waved back.
