Everyone stared at Dee with confusion and worry. His voice was hoarse and rough feeling as he spoke, full of dread and pessimism, but it wasn't entirely his fault. He lacked sleep and proper forethought. Dee was only saying what was on his mind without a sugarcoat, his words were unfiltered.

"If (Name) came back, it would only show that she's weak and vulnerable to violent confrontations to our peers. Bullying and harassment could ensue, and it would most likely be students who were friends with Diane, or students who side with her from this whole shitty mess."

"T- the whole school would be against her..?" Mia shuddered. "Why? What did (name) even do?"

Dee scoffed, glaring at the floor. "Heh, funny enough; she did nothing but exist. The boys just started swarming her the moment she got on the school bus, and apparently, the girls didn't seem to like that."

"So, it was just a bunch of jealous hoes?-"

"Joseph!"

"What?"

Dee glanced at Joseph as he and his mom squabbled. He nodded, "Joe's not wrong. But wasn't just the girls who were jealous.." Dee sighed regrettably for what he was about to say next, "Before (name) came along, I usually sat alone, and... for some stupid unknown reason a lot of girls liked me. When (name) was assigned next to me in all the classes we had together, all of the student body lost it."

"Boys were after you, too. But that pink haired psycho was the worst out of all of them?"

"Yeah, but there was someone else," Heavy chimed in after Levi. Everyone then veered their attention to the younger brother for what he had to add to the story. "Months ago, a guy confessed his love for (name). At first, he had this "cutesy-sweet" vision of her and thought she could do better than Dee, when at the time, the two shared no chemistry.

(Name) gave him a reality check and scared him off, but, that awoke something weird in him."

"Awoke something weird?" Viktor crossed his arms, with an intense brow raised. "Who was this boy? Did he try to pull something with my daughter?"

With this new information, that still wasn't fully told yet, Heavy needed to let it out fast before Viktor could commit murder. "His name was Rory, and no, he didn't do anything thank to Dee!"

"What did he do?"

"He kicked his ass, that's what!" Heavy and Victoria pumped their fists in the air.

Then Glam piped in to give a little more insight. "After the holidays, there were some distasteful rumors going around about Dee and (Name). And that boy Rory, I believe, wasn't happy hearing them and tried to take that frustration out on Dee and scare him off."

"That bastard was a fucking creep." Dee grumbled, "he told me that after (name) rejected him, that side of her 'turned him on' and that it was only a matter of time until she saw that they were meant to be. He talked about her like if he OWNED her...it made me sick.. then he pushed me and the fight happened."

"Yeah, Dee and Rory got suspended after that." Heavy added, "And thank God, that (Name) missed school that day. But we still told her what happened as a heads up, cuz we knew we wouldn't be able to hide the drama from her. But, even then, it wasn't enough to protect her..."

"No, it's alright," Mia stood up and approached the two boys. "You both did what you could to look out for our daughter. And Dee, you saved her from near death. You two are her saviors, and I know that if she woke up right now, (name) would be eternally grateful to have you as her best friends."

The cold and intense air that used to fill the room was melting away with Mia's kind and uplifting words. They brought warmth into everyone's hearts and brought hope. These two families had gone through a lot in a short amount of time, but that only brought them closer as one found family. However, they would eventually split into strangers again.

After hearing the causes that brought the effects of (Name)'s pain and tragedy, without even telling the Metal Family, Viktor and Mia decided to transfer their daughter to another school after she woke up.

"I don't want to see them anymore...none of them.."

"(Name), but why? We moved you so those old students wouldn't hurt you anymore. But that didn't include Dee and Heavy, they're your friends."

"Heavy, maybe, but not Dee. He didn't want to friends with me at all, that was the deal. And if anything, we just ended up causing problems for each other, and I don't want to end up causing problems for Heavy too. It's best to keep our distances.."

(OKAY! Sorry for the long wait for this chapter. If some of you want to know why this took for, not that its anything entitle business- ahem. I had moved out and flew to live in another state, soon to be about four months ago. And since I am an adult, I've been working and had to go through a few processes when moving to another said state.

Another thing that has kept me from finishing this chapter were numerous hyperfixations. By that, I mean, I've created three more XReader books that are in my drafts. I really do want to publish some that already have about 2-3 chapters written in them, but I wouldn't be able to keep track of all my books that are fully published at this point. So they'll just stay in the drafts for now until they're done cooking.
