Anxiety looked at his text with wide eyes as he heard a knock on his door. He instantly hopped out of bed, then scurried to stand on the ground rushing to the door and opening it rather quickly.

The younger side scratched his neck nervously, "Uh hey-"

Before Anxiety say anything, Roman interrupted his thoughts as he hugged him. He held him with what felt like everything he had, as Anxiety finally wrapped his arms around the other as well hesitantly.

Roman pulled back, smiling while still holding onto his shoulders. "In all seriousness...no matter how adorable that was...I'm proud of you. That was very brave."

These words made Virgil's mouth fall open, looking at the prince. Something in what he said made him know he had made the right choice in confessing his feelings.

Anxiety leaned forward, caught up in the moment. Though, Roman put a finger on the other's mouth, stopping him from doing anything.

The anxious side blushed, crossing his arms. "H-Hey!"

The prince chuckled, crossing his arms as well, though a bit mockingly. "We have to go on a date first!"

Virgil immediately warmed up, and felt his chest flutter, secretly happy about his 'stupid' comment. But, in attempt to hide his feelings he rolled his eyes. "You're so cheesy."

Roman smiled, hugging the other once again. "You love it."
