Donnie decided to take a break and truly go to sleep now. He wondered how different things would be if he let Mikey help him in the lab. All of the things they could create. He drifted off to sleep and dreamed of a future with them being human.

The next day

Donnie couldn't focus on anything. All he could think about were those darn wrappers. Maybe he should read another one? No. No. He needs to fix the Shellraiser. It'd be easier with four hands. Maybe he should ask Mikey. Everyone would know that he was smart then. Wouldn't they? Mikey decided to hide it. He was going to respect his decision. Though honestly why has he never said anything? Keeping the peace? Was he scared? Donnie looked at the bag of wrappers. There was only one way to find out. He opened another one.

I'm so tired of no one taking me seriously! They take everyone else seriously, but not me! Sometimes just feeling and go with the flow is the right way to do things! Sometimes bubble gum is how you save the world. But NO ONE WILL EVEN LISTEN TO ME UNTIL I SHOW THEM! Well they'll know soon. I'm tired of being the dummy.

Donnie wasn't sure what to make of that. Was he going to tell everyone? But there were a few left. He hasn't told them yet. There had to be a reason. He grabbed a few more.

I wonder how I can show them I'm not dumb? Do I just tell them that I know what they're saying? Do I show them my invention? I don't want to shock them. I just want respect. I just want to be my full self. We would accept everyone else's full self except mine. What makes me different? That I'm the clown? Maybe I'll drop some hints?

So, I've been dropping hints by saying smart things and shrugging it off but they still don't appreciate my wisdom I need something drastic. If me being smart is so difficult for them to believe I'll make it obvious. So obvious that they can't deny it anymore.
