Maybe...
The moon was out illuminating the dark New York streets, and it was quiet and serene in the city that never sleeps, or at least that what it seemed. Our four heroes clad in the colors of orange, purple, red, and blue, were saving people on the rooftops of buildings. Their opponents, a fish with mechanical prosthetic legs, and a huge dog of black and white, some of his bones visible. They were no other than Fish Face and Rahzar.
"BOOYAKASHA!" Yelled Mikey as he kicked Rahzar in the stomach, who was too busy fighting Leo to notice. The force sent Rahzar flying off the edge of the building. Fish Face, seeing his "partner" get knocked off slithered away before Raphael could finish him.
Raphael was about to run after him when Donnie put his hand on his brother's shoulder and shaking his head. Raph shrugged him off and scowled. "Why are we letting them get away!" he exclaimed.
Leo just looked at his younger brother, his face calm. "Look," he pointed towards the horizon. The sun was creeping up into the sky in such a way that it looked like it didn't even want to be awake.
"We should head home," started Leo. "We wouldn't want to be seen by humans and be put on a lab table for testing and research, would we?"
No one said anything. Leo nodded triumphantly and said, "Thought so. Let's go home." With that he started to run across the rooftop in a gliding fashion that only a highly trained ninja could.
As Donatello ran he noticed something Mikey dropped something that was shining in the dim light. He went to examine it when he was told to hurry up. He quickly scooped up the small object, deciding to inspect it later, when he got home.
In the lair
Donatello sat in his lab with the small object and looked at it. Usually if one of his brothers dropped something he would just give it back, but silver candy wrapper was folded so intricately that he wondered if it was folded like that on purpose. But then again, this was Mikey he was thinking about. He does strange things all the time. Maybe he was bored?
He couldn't stand not knowing. So he looked around to make sure he was alone before unfolding the tiny wrapper. A little piece of paper fell out and landed on his desk. Intrigued, Donnie unraveled the paper and began to read.
The Paper
#1: I'm so glad that April and her dad got kidnapped! Well I mean it's bad that they took her dad and all but now I have a friend! A human friend. Not one of those bad scientist guys Sensei told us about. She just wants to save her father and it kind of makes me want to be a better ninja. I hope she's still our friend after we save him. If she is, then maybe there are others like her. Maybe I can make more friends.
Back with Donnie
He sat back in his chair. "Well this was a big waste of time." He said. Then he looked back at the paper.
"Hm. Number 1. This must mean that there are more. I wonder what else he's written. But I can't read all of them, that's an invasion of privacy." He said to himself then remembered all the times that Mikey has just appeared in his lab and in his room unannounced. 'Privacy,' he thought, 'like Mikey deserved any. A few more peeks can't hurt.'
Donnie then opened an empty drawer and put the little silver entry inside. Finally, he'll have something that he could tease Mikey about that wasn't obvious to everyone else. It was time for some pay back.
