On the drive back to Eui's apartment, Eui decided to tell Iseul something she thought she would never hear.

"Wait... You want to go to the beach tomorrow?" Iseul asked. "Are you okay? Did you hit your head on those rocks? I keep telling you to stop wandering around."

Eui shook her head, but she soon realized she would need Iseul's help in rescuing Jimin. "Actually, Iseul, I have something else to tell you. You won't believe me unless you see for yourself, but... I met a merman today, and I'm going to rescue him tomorrow." Eui turned to face Iseul, who was driving. "He's going to live in my bathtub," she said with a smile.

Eui had always loved peculiar things. It was what made her likable and understanding. Iseul, however, never understood her fascination with mythical creatures or waiting for sex until you meet the right person.

Eui was like that - a thoughtful virgin who was haunted by her near-death experience when she was young.

"What was the name of the guy you hooked onto today?" Eui asked as she stared at the scenery through the window.

Iseul shrugged, keeping her eyes on the road. "I'm not sure. I mean, I don't really remember. We had a fun time though - if you know what I mean."

Eui chuckled. "I know what you mean, but I wouldn't know from experience."

"One day," Iseul said. "You'll know one day. I understand why you're waiting. You're too precious to be taken away by a ravishing wolf."
