Once we had folded all the newly washed clothes in baskets we started to make our way to Arthur's chambers. While walking Merlin bumped into someone. Causing me to bump into Merlin and then dropping my basket.

"Ah hello Merlin." I looked up from the basket to see an older man, not as old as Gius but still old, with a cape and a crown on. The king. "Hello, your majesty." Merlin bowed a little.

"I am looking forward to dinner tonight." The king said and looked behind Merlin to see me. "Who might this be?" Merlin turned and looked at me and smiled. "This is Lady Dawn. She was wounded in the woods so I took her to Gius." I smiled at the king and then glared at Merlin. Why?

"Please to meet you, Lady Dawn. Where are you from?" Where am I from? I forgot. Oh yeah, I'm from Prybourne!

"I'm from Prybourne. It's very far away you probably don't know of it." I said nonchalantly. I started to pick up the clothes and put them in my basket my basket. "What is she doing with a basket?"

"Oh, I was helping Merlin with his chores so he could show me around the kingdom as soon as possible." I looked back at Merlin and smiled. He smiled back and put his basket down. Once he did he started to help me with putting tube clothes away. "Ah. Lady Dawn, I have invited Merlin to a dinner later this evening, would you like to join us? It would please me if you did." I look a Merlin and he nods. "Yes, that would be wonderful, sir." The king says goodbye and walks off.

Once we made it to Arthur's chambers I went to the back of the room to clean the floors. After a while of me and Merlin joking around Arthur comes in and doesn't see me.

"Hello, Merlin." Merlin looked up and smiled. "So can we talk about Lady Dawn?" I froze and held my breath.

"What about her?" Merlin asked standing up. And putting his hands on his hips. "Do you fancy her?" My heart dropped. I could tell Merlin said something back but I couldn't make out what. I then proceed to wash the floors pretending I didn't hear. Once I'm finished I walk over to where they both can see me. "Oh hello Arthur." His eyes go wide. I look over to see Merlin redder than a fire truck. "Are you two okay? Arthur looks like he's seen a ghost and Merlin looks like a tomato..." I giggle. I now why they look like this but I'm going to have some fun with it.

"I didn't know you were in here. What are you doing in here?" Arthur glares at Merlin. "I offered to help him with his duties today so we could walk around but I don think we shall have time. Seeing as your dinner is soon."

"Rumor had it that you were invited to dinner as well." Arthur said walking up next to me. I nodded in response. "Wonderful! It will be lovely I can't wait for tonight. Now if you excuse us I have to get me and Merlin ready." He started to push me out the door. "Wait I need to speak to Merlin." Merlin walks over curious.

"I have nothing to wear. I would feel underdressed if I went in the same outfit that I wore all day." I explained, I sound selfish. "Well go into my closet. There will be dresses in there. One should fit you." I say thanks and run off back to his chambers.

"Welcome back. Did you enjoy your walk?" Gaius asked as I walk through the door. Startled I jump but brush it off. He sat down at the table. "I didn't get to go for that walk I had been promised but I still fun with Merlin today." I stated as I walked up to him.

"The king told me he invited you to dinner tonight. That was nice of him." I sat down in front of him. "I think he did that because he thinks I'm a Lady." Gaius gave me a look, a look of confusion and knowing. "Merlin?"

"Merlin." We made eye contact and laughed. "So where are you really from darling?" I froze. I stare at him in shock. He just smiled "Prybourne is not a real place. Interesting name, though." I smiled sheepishly. He stood up and did some dishes from this morning.

"I'm from a place that hasn't been discovered yet." He looked at me confused. " I am from the future." He dropped the bowl into the bucket of water. It splashed all over him but he seemed unfazed by it.

"How do you feel about magic?" I asked. "Well, as long as said magic user uses it for good then I am fine with it." He smiled knowing that I have magic already.

"Well, I am from a time where magic is fairy-tale. Not real. I was in my room in the orp- my house reading a spell book. I saw a time traveling one and said it. I opened my eyes to see I was in the woods. That's when Merlin found me." He stared for a minute then smiled. "Don't worry sweetheart we will do everything in our power to get you home to your family." My heart dropped. My smile fell. My shoulders slouched. I don't have a family to get back to. I didn't really have friends either, I was friendly with people but that's about all.

"What's wrong?" He put his hand on mine reassuringly. "Well, I don't have a family to go back to. And so far Merlin is the closest thing to a friend I have ever had." He patted my back. "Welcome to Camelot then, 'Lady' Dawn." I glared and we laughed.

"I have a dinner to get ready for. Thank you for listening." He only nods and I walk into Merlin's room. I walk up to his closet and open it. I see many blue and red shirts and a box of scarfs. I look at the other side and I see around a dozen dresses that all look around my size. I look and see a slim purple dress with a tie around the neck instead of sleeves. (Dress Morgana wore at the dinner/thingy in the first episode but purple) It was perfect. It fit perfectly and was gorgeous.

After I did my hair I could hear Merlin's voice from the main room. I hope he thinks I look nice. He knocked on the door. "Can I come in?" I run behind the divider and say yes. "Are you ready?" I nodded but then remembered he couldn't see me. "Yes, I believe I am. I'm not so sure about the dress I picked." I walked out for him to see. "What do you think?"

His just stares scaring me. "That bad?" I asked worriedly. "No no no no. NO. You look... Wow." He breathed and my cheeks flared. "Oh good. Shall we get going?" I stuttered out. "Yes, we shall Lady Dawn." He grabbed my hand and pulled me out. My skin jolted when he touched it but I ignored it. "Goodbye, Gaius!" I yelled as I was being pulled out the door.
