Arthur POV

He felt a little sorry for merlin but not much. He had been accepted in a frienship group and no one knew who he was- he preffered it that way. Kieran had said that Alan was the underdog but it seemed merlin would be now. He had been awake for a little while then a thing called an 'alarm clock' went off. It was so annoying so i threw it. It hit merlin i laughed it woke everyone else up and they all laughed but merlin wasn't! "great aim!" laughed Joe staring at merlin

Kai POV

He liked Arthur. He also liked how merlin would do anything for arthur. If he just befriended Arthur and got close to him then he could get merlin to work for him. He jumped down from his bed-didn't bother to use the ladder. He walked over to merlin amd started nudging him with his foot. "come on merlin get up, you need to get ready. Could you sort our books out as well... please. Timetables are over there." asked Kai

"yeah, course." said merlin. He got to his feet.

Merlin POV

He ached quite a lot, the floor wasn't that comfy- unsuprisingly. He got everyones bags ready and opened the door for merlin. No one said thanks except for Alan. I guess he was grateful for Merlin coming, got some rest. His first lesson was P.E. he made his way to the boys changing rooms. He had got himself a 'P.E kit' and put his bag down next to a boy. "hello i'm merlin. I'm new. What's your name?" asked merlin in a friendly tone

"hi i'm Matthew but you can call me Matt." answered Matt

"hello Matt. What are we doing in P.E?" wondered merlin

"football, not my favourite." laughed Matt. Merlin laughed and walked with matt to a large field. Merlin seemed to be the skinniest and most lanky there. There was a rather large guy who kept staring at merlin. He seemed tough and horrible. Merlin did not like him at all. Although football intrigued me you had to fun with this black and white ball amd score it in a huge white net. Sounds easy. Things couldn't get any worse

Arthur POV

Me and Kai are really good friends. It seems like he's the trouble maker of the class so to keep our friendship fresh i would mess around then do well then mess around so our teacher, Mrs Porter, couldn't tell me off that bad. I heard merlin's doing football, it sounds sporty to me. I'd like to think i'm quite good at that. I'll find out later i guess. But right here right now i'm bored stiff in a 'French' lesson. All these Je les and la it is really boring! I decided to put my 'MP3' in that Kieran gave me. I have been told not to like Justin Bieber but any other musicians i could. I like: One direction, Olly murs and a group called Rizzle Kicks. It was amazing. Things couldn't get any better!

Merlin POV

I HATE FOOTBALL. There i said it. It's horrible and i agree where he hets it from. Let's just say i got in a bit of trouble... I'll fill you in. We were put in to teams. Me and Matt were on the same team (we're like best friends now) however Derek was on our team so not good! I was put into defence. Not sure if that was the right choice. Matt was Mid-Field. Despite saying he hates footbal he is actually really good! 10x better than me anyway! Derek was attacking so luckily we didn't have to really speak to him. So ok good. I hadn't actually thought of the spell to make me amazing at football- yes there really is one. I guess i was used to hiding it from everyone. Although i had sent a distress call to The Doctor as i really do want to get back to Camelot. He replied but he said he'll be a week as he has got tied up with another 'dalek' invasion of New York! Anyway back to the story. It was 1-1 and the other team had got the ball. It was my chance to shine. I tackled the ball but someone shoved into me and i fell over onto the muddy field. Great. Before i never knew how competitive Derek was. When the teacher and a couple of students took the equipment away Derek took his moment. " i don't like you and you have just made it alot worse." boomed Derek. Everyone stood back. He picked me up the the throat and pushed me against the goal post and kneed me where it hurt. "owwww!" i moaned. Derek laughed and did it again. I had had enough just as the teacher came into view used my magic and derek flew backwards. "MERLIN TO THE HEAD MASTERS OFFICE... NOW!" shouted Mr. Bell

"but-" i cried

"now!" repeated sir. Derek laughed. I went and sat outsode the Headmasters office...

Arthur POV

"Arthur, guess what?" laughed Kieran

"what?" wandered arthur

"Merlin has been sent to the headmasters office!" Kieran was doubled over in fits of giggles.

"Really OMG we have to see him later!" laughed arthur. But soon stopped. This wasn't like him at all. He found he didn't care but he did!

"i'll be back in a min." said arthur. Apparently this was the language now days. He went over to the headmasters office amd saw merlin muddy and his throat quite red. Merlin looked over amd saw arthur but put his hands back in his arms. His eyes were red with tears. "alright what happened?" asked Arthur

"Derek thats what happened. Someone pushed me over in 'football' so they scored a goal. As the teacher went derek went and stramgled me and kicked me. He wouldn't stop so i used magic, he flew backwards and the teacher saw and here i am." cried merlin

"merlin, poor you." said arthur with sympathy. He patted merlin on the back " i'm sure it all be fine." The door opened and a stern man said "merlin come in." He went in a the door shut. Arthur hoped he wouldn't be that hard on him..
