a few days later:

gauri was able to go back home now. the family planned a pooja for her. as she entered with omru by her side, her aarti was done and she entered the house. anika smiled seeing gauri happy again but felt sad deep inside as her child was gone. 

soon the pooja was done and om took gauri to their room rest.

rikara's room:

gauri: bhoojal.

om: you want anika bhabhi?

gauri nods hugging her bear.

om: ok.

anika comes and om leaves.

gauri: meri chotu choti alright? ek minute, sanjay yaar naira.

anika gets emotional inside.

anika: yes your sanjay yaar naira are perfectly fine.

gauri smiles but she noticed fake happiness for the child in anika's voice.

gauri: bhoojal, is everything alright?

anika: arre pagal, what made you think that everything is not alright. everything is alright.

gauri: pakka?

anika: yes pakka. salman khan?

gauri smiles and nods. anika puts on prem ratan dhan payo and watches with gauri.

anika's pov:

i feel guilty lying to this sweet angel. meri child is dead but this child who's name is gauri, meri first child is still alive and that is all i could ask for.

he pov ends, gauri's pov begins:

bhoojal has been acting weird lately. ever since i recovered. but why?

later on:

gauri decided to go to shivika's room where anika was. 

shivika's room:

doors were opened as anika was sorting files but just then she saw a small child running to her:

she stood from the bed and bent down, arms opened. but the child disappears and anika realizes that it was just her imagination. she gets teary just then gauri entered.

gauri: bhoojal, what happened?

anika wipes her tears away.

anika: nothing. anyway shouldn't you be resting?

gauri: don't want to.

anika: why?

gauri: always rest rest rest. 

anika: ok. stay with me for a while.

gauri nods.

gauri's pov:

i am suspecting something that all of you are hiding from me but what is the truth???
