Anirudh and Bondita goes to Batuk's room to take biscuits from his cupboard.

Bondita stands out while Anirudh only goes in. He accidentally steps on Batuk's leg. He rose up in jerk, Anirudh hid beside the cupboard while Bondita sticks to the outside wall.

Batuk looks here and there.

Bondita thinks: Aiyo Kadavule, sakha babu is going to be caught. Now what will I do?

She thinks on.

Batuk wakes up Somnath. Somnath in half sleep responds him.

Batuk: Dada, open your eyes.

Somnath: Kya Batuk, please leave me to sleep. (In sleepy tone)

Batuk: Dada, someone hitted my leg. I think someone is here.

He looks here and there, Anirudh fears.

Bondita: Meow... Meow...

Somnath: It will be cat only. Can't you hear the sound? Now please sleep.

Bondita: Then what will I do if i feel hungry in mid nights?

Anirudh: Today only they didn't prepared dinner but from tomorrow everything will be done properly. So you must eat enough food first itself so that it will not make you hungry in mid nights.

Bondita: Seri Sakha babu. Don't you want biscuits?

She stretched it to him. He nods no. Bondita starts to cough as biscuit got stuck in her little throat.

Anirudh gave her water and pampered her.

Anirudh: Is it enough? Did your hunger fly away?

Bondita: Hn, Sakha Babu. But one thing I am worrying about is you are hungry still. I know you too are hungry but you are not eating anything why?

Anirudh thinks on the events that had happened.

Bondita: Tell me sakha babu. Why you are not eating anything?

Anirudh: Huh.. Bondita look it's 3 am now. Go sleep. You must wake up soon.

He said and went out. Bondita went to bed.

~In hall~

Anirudh is sitting on the mattress like his knees to his chest. He is deeply thinking on something.

Anirudh: Still now i could not accept that I married a small girl. Everything seem like a dream. My mind is full of confusions now. I married her just to save her but really I don't have any idea on how to proceed with her in upcoming days. What am I going to do?

He thinks on. Slowly it became 4 am. Trilochan, Batuk she Somnath came out of his room to do Puja.

He notices Anirudh lying on the floor. He stared at him and went to idols and purposefully rang the bell loudly.

Anirudh got disturbed and woke up.

He looks at Trilochan, inturn Trilochan stares at him.

Trilochan: Somnath, bring a news paper printing man to our house today. I just want to meet him even before the sunrise.

Somnath: Kyun Kaka, do you have anything to be posted in newspaper?

Trilochan: Yes, and that news must be published before the sunrise itself. That's why I am asking you to bring the man earlier.

Batuk: What news Kaka?

Trilochan stares at Anirudh. Anirudh looks on.

Trilochan: My news must be in headlines and I don't care about how much money they will ask for. My news is "Bahu of the family must do Puja".

Anirudh understood that he is speaking about Bondita.

Batuk: Bahu? What kind of news is this Kaka? Why suddenly you are saying these things?

Batuk blows the shank. Trilochan was about to recite the mantra but surprisingly a sweet little voice from back recites it.

It's Bondita. She is fresh and decked up to do Puja.

Trilochan and Anirudh looks on. Bondita goes near the idols.

Trilochan: Hey, stop there itself!

Bondita stopped.

Trilochan: One must not enter the shrine without taking bath.

Bondita: I already took bath. Look here I am wearing new saree too. My amma taught me that we must start our day only with puja.

She continues to recite the mantras, Trilochan continued to puja. Anirudh smiled a bit.

After Puja, they all gathered in hall.

~In Hall~

Batuk: Kaka you told us we are going to our Haveli today na?

Trilochan: Yes but I don't think so we will enter into it again. Here some people got some other responsibilities than from getting sign for our Haveli. I really don't know how I am going to face this society here after.

Anirudh after freshen up came there and sat before them. Trilochan pretends like reading news paper. While Batuk looks upset.

Anirudh: Batuk, what happened to you? Why you are looking upset?

Batuk: I was very eager to go back to our Haveli but everything went in vain just because of you Dada.

Anirudh: What? Because of me?

Batuk: Hn, you went to Madras for one reason but you brought back another reason.

Anirudh worries. Trilochan calls on Bondita loudly.

Anirudh thinks: Durga ma, what he is going to do now?

Bondita came running there. She didn't covered her head with veil as it is not a Tamil tradition.

Trilochan looks at her from top to bottom.

Trilochan: Bahu, don't you know to cover your head with saree while standing before your sasural?

Bondita: I am not feeling chill now so why should I cover my head with saree?

Trilochan stares at Anirudh.

Anirudh: Kaka, in their tradition there is no rule like that. So let her be like this itself.

Trilochan: Sabash Anirudh. Sabash! Now you brought a new rule here. Batuk you heard it na, your dada is indirectly saying us that she will not learn our culture. Sabash!!

Anirudh: Kaka, I didn't mean it but... Today is her first day in our Village na in fact she is new to North side. Soon she will learn everything.

Trilochan: Wow, you know to marry her in her culture but you will assure with me if i ask you to reach her out culture? What nonsense is this?

Anirudh: Kaka, I explained you about this marriage na? Then why you want us to be in pati-patni relation?

Trilochan: It's waste of time if i speak to you. I know how to teach our traditions and culture to my Bahu. You go and get ready for the post marriage rituals.

Anirudh: Whaat?? I am telling you all that she is not my wife but you are asking me to sit for rituals? No i won't.

Trilochan stares at him. Bondita stands by.
