~In Morning~

Bondita woke up and looks at her surroundings. She is in jail. She recalls everything that had happened yesterday night.

From One eye tears rolls down from her moist eyes, In another side her rage is clearly seen.

Prisoner 1: Anita, you did a excellant play yesterday. I never thought you could blast the stage with your acting skills.

Bondita forced her lips to smile.

Prisoner 2: Hn, Anita ji. By the way, you didn't ate anything from yesterday night now go and get the food from counter it's going to be finished.

Bondita: Thank you, ji. But I am not in the mood of eating now.

Prisoner 2: Are you mad? From the day you entered in this jail, I have never seen you eating. If this continues then you will die from starvation. Do you think only water is enough to survive?

By this time, police officers stood up and greeted someone. Bondita eagerly looked out and yeah it's Anirudh.

He straightly walked to her. Bondita looks on, those two prisoners left the place.

Anirudh: Had breakfast?

Bondita slowly nodded yes.

Anirudh: Lie!!! Your eyes are showing me the truth.  Here you have, Devi sent you channa and rice. Have it.

He gives it to her but she stands still without getting it from him.

Anirudh: Bondita, please don't show your angry in food, you taught me this. Please eat. I want to speak lots of things to you.

Bondita gets the tiffin box from him and opened it and thinks on for a while.

Anirudh: You eat it, I will wait there until you finish.

He is about you move.

Bondita: Barrister Babu....

He jerked and stopped.

Bondita: I will eat but only if you too eat with me.

Anirudh is stunned. He looks at her with a bit of smile.

Bondita took a spoonful of rice mixed it with channa then took the spoon towards his mouth. Anirudh is just lost in her eyes.

Bondita: I know, you are also hungry. Eat this, then only I will eat.

With a wide smile, Anirudh opened his mouth, she fed him but with angry face.

Anirudh smiled at her while chewing the food.

Bondita: Ky..kya hua? Why are you smiling now?

Anirudh nodded nothing.

Bondita: Tell me!

Anirudh: Yesterday night I met a beautiful bird. It scolded me harshly and left me alone. The same bird today feeding me the food. That's why I am smiling and thinking about it's mood swings.

Bondita stares at him.

Anirudh: Dekho dekho, now the same bird is staring at me.

Bondita inserted the spoon in full rage inside his mouth along with a big chilli purposefully.

Anirudh: Aaahhhh....Ssss..... Bondita, you mistakenly you mixed chilli in.

Bondita: Not mistakenly but purposefully!

Anirudh's eyebrow shrunk.

Bondita: Don't ever try to impress me or to speak soft with me. I am no more your past life Bondita.

Anirudh: Hn, I knew. Are not my old Bondita. You are grown up bondita. My old bondita was so small. She cant even match my height on that day but look today she is standing equal to my shoulder.

He laughed.

Bondita: I said don't laugh and smile!

She said in angry.

Anirudh: Why? My smile and laughs makes you to fall for me?

Bondita takes a breath and stopped feeding him. She then continued to eat by turning towards wall. Anirudh just loves her anger because somewhere he knew that it just temporary.

After she ate, Anirudh asked the police officer to open the custody room.

He opened it. Anirudh took Bondita there.

Anirudh: Take your seat, Mrs.Bondita Roy Chaudhary!

Bondita with stare, "Just Bondita Das".

Anirudh: Han, Han, sit.

She sits in a chair. Anirudh sits straight opposite to her. Only two are there.

Anirudh placed documents before her. Bondita looks on.

Anirudh: If you sign this paper then i will be your official lawyer.

Bondita thinks on.

Anirudh: Sign it, Bondita. This is not a time to think. Many things are happening around and we couldn't able to do anything. You know what, Binoy ji came returned to Haveli.

Bondita looks at him shockingly.

Anirudh: Hn, Mini took him back. He is mentally unstable. Kaka ordered us that he will stay with us. And yeah, Kaka, Somnath, Kannika, Shivani left to Krishna nagar.

Bondita hears everything silently.

Anirudh: Batuk only gave me a clue about your truth. Then i went to ashram and checked your belongings. I found this paper in your bag.

He showed her the paper in which it is written that everything we knew is not true. He said everything that happened in Dalhousie hostel.

Bondita looks on silently.

Anirudh: I said everything now it's your turn. Silence will never bring difference. Now comeon tell something.

Bondita is just silent.

Anirudh: You don't even want to consider me as your relation but say something thinking me as your third person, lawyer.

Bondita: It was mid night when bomb was blasted. I, Devi and another girl only managed to escape because we were not in the room. We three were in ground searching for Devi's lost gold earring. I tried to contact your hostel many times but all the lines were dead. After that I contacted my appa. He sent his henchman to save me from there. Then I went to Madras, Devi went to Rajasthan.

Anirudh: Why didn't you try to write a letter?

Bondita: Because I thought you abandoned me that's why you didn't came there to save me.

Anirudh: Ufff... Why did you thought like that?

Bondita: Because your friend itself told me.

Anirudh's face changed.

Bondita: Whenever I called your hostel an English man attended it and said you are not interested in speaking with me. He even asked me to stop calling as you hate to hear my voice.

Anirudh is just shocked.

Bondita: This is the only reason I stopped trying to your hostel. After 3 years, I read in newspaper that Roy Chaudharys regained their powers. That news made me to believe that you abandoned me. Because you neither called nor wrote a letter.

Anirudh: Oh god!!!! Bondita, it was a misunderstanding. I never told anything like that. Ufff... Okay, I had some enemies in hostel. I think it's their work. Okay leave, past is past. Both misunderstood each other. Now tell me one thing, what is the backstory of your aunt? Is your aunt my mum?

Bondita's face changed on this question.

Anirudh: Say something. Is your aunt my mum?

She nodded slowly. Anirudh is just shocked and stunned.

Bondita: Kalyani athai!!

She rose up from the chair. Anirudh stopped her. She was about to move but he pulled her saree, her eyes widened.

Anirudh: Stop acting like you are hating me. Your eyes shows me everything.

Bondita: Leave my saree, Barrister Babu.

Anirudh: No!! You irritated me a lot today and now you deserve a punishment.

Bondita: No!!! Leave it.

She tries to set her saree free from his grip but he approaches her. She steps back.
