I wanted to write something wholesome but also wanted to write something that sticks to Wilbur's whole personality as a musician. So I created this during school hours LMAO notasimpnotasimp

I also wanted to show how I saw the entire family myself, including Tubbo and Tommy. I have no clue how to write chaotic children but HERE GOES NOTHING! Lots of family and love goin' on here!

I lowkey have been sleep-deprived as of late because a relative who was pregnant had to stay over for like...eternity and with her other baby it was hard to sleep when waking in the middle of the night :')

Anyways, enjoy :D

------------------------------------------------------------

Let us start with something simple. Nah, screw simple.

Let's just say the word 'simple' was never your thing. You always loved getting into the details of everything.

And by everything I mean everything.

This also went for as much as when you first met Wilbur the Musician, as you had called him at first. His music always attracted both your heart and soul in a spiritual way, which made you ask all kinds of questions to the brunette-haired male. The meanings behind them once he had told you before had always been well, meaningful!

The way he strummed his guitar every time he played the songs you basically now knew by heart were just awfully pretty. It was like he had been playing since a child. Though, in which was true to a sense, as he told you once before. In fact, he had once said that Phil, his father, had begun teaching him how to play acoustic instruments, but nothing really got his attention. All except the guitar. The guitar he started playing on is the very same one he had been using and playing all his life.

Here he was, sitting in your home on one of the bar stools as you were making a simple dinner. Why? Well, let's just say he hadn't seen you in a long time and wanted to snag the chance to be with you. You were considered a super close friend to him, despite how long you guys have been together as friends. About a year? No, two. Wilbur didn't keep track, as he was having too much fun with you to realize it. It honestly made him happy he got to meet someone enthusiastic like you in his life. Ever since he lost a couple of friends, he had seemed down in the dumps. But you always made him happy. You could be talking about your day and how you ranted and nitpicked at how you saw the situation and he'd be laughing at you for being such a perfectionist.

Honestly, he thought it was a nice trait to have, as it would be proven useful. In some cases, he'd leave mud in your home on occasion when he came to visit from some wacky adventure and you'd scold him, followed by much screaming from you. While he did not like being treated like a child, he did think you were amusing when you got heated at something so small.

"It will be fine, [Y/N]. Here, allow me to clean it up for you. I should have cleaned them off before coming in after all. I should have been a better gentleman than this," he said taking the cloth from your hand. He would end up leaving his boots outside so he could clean them by hand later and focus on the mess inside the home. It was honestly so nice putting others before himself.

That's what made you love him. His leadership skills were great as day on a sparkling morning. Just looking at him, you could see a leader who wants nothing but the best for his people.

In fact, you've experienced it before...

----------------------------

When you had come to visit Philza Minecraft (which he invited you after hearing so much of you from his son), he seemed like he wanted to know all about you. You could tell where Will had gotten his leadership from. Phil was the father figure he had described to you. It was like an in-law conversation who wanted to find out everything about their new child (despite how many gremlin children Phil had to raise over the years-).

"Tell me [Y/N], what do you think of my son?" he asked you suddenly. You nearly choked on the tea you were sipping on beforehand, though managed to keep yourself calm before placing the fragile teacup down.

"He's nice...." you managed, but you could tell Phil was not satisfied with that answer.

Though before you could willingly give him how you felt, a certain pink-haired male came into the room you both were in. "[Y/N]" he greeted, though sounding more of a statement. You were used to Technoblade and his greetings. Since you were very deep into details, you tended to be observant as well. You knew well enough that Techno liked to be isolated, but of course, did tend to stick around when he felt he needed to. Though in reality, you both had an unsaid friendship. You were both comfortable in each other's presence regardless of the situation. He was like the big brother you never got to have, despite the slight age difference. this was Wilbur's brother you were speaking of after all.

"Techno" you greeted back in the same way to mock him. You noticed a look on his face before he gave a soft grunt to signal you that he got the message. No one could quite explain the way you two interacted, but it was amusing for you nonetheless. But still quite fun. "Techno, before you leave, make sure you send those belongings I asked for before," you said vaguely. The piglin stopped midway through the cabin door and turned to nod his head. Then he left. You could only assume that he had chores he must have needed to get done.

Unknownbeknownst to you, Phil had watched the interaction. He must admit that he always watched you two carefully. He felt like with your two clashing personalities, chaos might ensue and disrupt the nature around them. However, he was proven wrong when you two first met. Surprisingly enough, Techno was the first one to interact with you....

"[Y-Y/N]?" the male called out to you.

"Yes, Techno?"

"You forgot this..." he managed under a low whisper, handing you a book bag.

"Oh my! I almost forgot it! Thanks, Techno!"

You threw your arms around the male, who seemed shocked by the physical touch.

But he gave in and hugged in return.

It's days like those that make you even happier you met all these boys. Not in the sense of a crazy stance but in the one where it feels like they are family to you.

Your train of thought was interrupted once a certain Double Trouble Duo came through the door right after Techno did.

'Speaking of crazy' you thought to yourself, smiling at the chaos that came in with only two boys.

"PHIL! Tommy won't give me back my slingshot!" Tubbo yelled in annoyance. You could only chuckle. "I already did! Did you drop it somewhere?!" responded Tommy despite the words not being directed at him. You could tell they've been in trouble alright. The boys had scratches all over them like they were orphan children running through the woods. Well, in a sense that was half true.

You and Phil could only look at each other and sigh heavily and take a sip of your tea, laughing a little. You put your cup down once more before halting Phil to refrain him from getting up. "I got this one. You have done enough parenting in your life to be getting too tired now" you said to him as he chuckled. "Alright then. Don't hesitate to call for help though. They can get crazy and you of all people should know this" Phil retorted, taking another sip of his tea. His wings perched out a bit as he began to start poking at his feathers to make sure nothing got in them.

You gave a gentle sigh and stretched a little as you got up. Soon enough you went in front of the boys, who were still fighting over the darned slingshot. "What do you mean I could have dropped it?! I saw you take off with it before I could even get to you!" Tubbo said a bit heated, who got a scoff from his friend. "Tubbo, I don't have a clue what you are talking about...I gave you the damn slingshot!" Tommy said swiftly.

'This will be a pain in the ass for this one...' you could only think to yourself. Soon enough, you had to pull them apart because it looked like Tubbo wanted to tear out Tommy's heart. You'd think it'd be the opposite, but you supposed that the importance was to Tubbo. Wilbur came by much later seeing you try to separate the two gremlins from going at each other. "H-Hey Wilbur! Uhm, can I get a bit of help?!" you shouted over the boys screaming. You got your help in an instant as soon as asked, as Wilbur took Tommy outside while you kept Tubbo in place calming him down. "That was my lucky slingshot..." he muttered angrily as you noticed tears prick his eyes. By this time he had been calmed down. Then your motherly instinct kicked in as you held him and comforted him. Let's just say that Tubbo apologized for his behavior and you promised to get him a new and even better one.

Wilbur on the other hand had still been having trouble with the boy he basically had to hold down into the snow. "What the fuck, Will?!". Tommy's profanities could be heard everywhere, you swore it. "Need help, Will?" you asked him calmly. "Yes! Bloody hell, the boy can kick and be smart when he wants to be!" he said, seeming to be uncomfortable. You could only assume that Tommy kicked him in a place he shouldn't have. "[Y/N]! Please help me! Not this crazy man! How could you?!" he said in a fake tone of hurt while shouting.

You rolled your eyes and tugged on Wilbur's arm so you could get him up. "Go inside. I already calmed down Tubbo so no worries about him. Tell Phil everything. The poor man can't take a break with parenting, can he?" you say a bit solemnly, though it making the male next to you chuckle a little. "Thanks," he said quietly before walking off inside.

As for Tommy....let's just say he got scolded greatly and was forever scared not to take you for granted ever again. While you were a woman in his eyes, he did just receive the biggest words of his life.

He ended up apologizing to Tubbo and then confessed that he buried the slingshot somewhere in the woods when he wasn't looking. You were grateful the two made up shortly after. It felt like these two were just annoying little brothers to you but you had to admit, you loved them. And come on, how could one not resist the bee child? He did have a reasonable outlash at Tommy, which you wouldn't blame him for.

Some moments after you all took care of those two, all three of you, Phil, and Wilbur decided to check up on Techno to see how he was doing. The day was already a lot as-is but with this family, you shouldn't be too surprised. There was the father crow, the two chaotic duos, one monotoned piglin who hates governments, and the guy who introduced you to them who literally died a few times before.

It honestly made you feel if you were dreaming, but in this world, there's no such thing as you believed. Even if you were, you felt like you'd meet people like them eventually. So it was inevitable either way.

With your arms crossed behind your back, the three of you walked towards where Techno resided for time being. Turns out he had been working on getting supplies such as fish and tending to the cattle. Even as to getting wood for the home. It made you wonder if he really got free time to himself or if he used it all up to just distract himself. You knew about those voices that haunt him. You wouldn't blame him.

He caught sight of you and everyone else, but his eyes darted to yours first. You ended up giving an awkward wave to him, to which he waved back despite the distance between you two. Phil had come over to the pink-haired male and began talking with him and exchanged the things he got done. Honestly now looking at Techno better, you really noticed how long his hair got. Maybe you should braid it for him some time since you knew he had difficulty doing it himself. And he didn't quite trust anyone else to do it right without messing it up. All except for you that is.

Wilbur noticed you in thought and put a hand to your shoulder. "If you're thinking about Techno, I'm certain he will be fine, [Y/N]" he said reassuringly. You smiled at him and hummed softly before looking back at the other two. "Hey, what do you say about going inside and getting some more tea?" he asked you, to which you nodded. A smile grew onto his features and took your hand in his and began running without warning. "W-Wilbur! You crazy!" you shouted at him. He only laughed and pulled you closer to him.

----------------------------

Those memories were soft and gentle to you. Every time you thought of them, you were always happy. It fulfilled that loneliness you had when you were just by yourself at home. Even the slightest thought of the boys made you happy.

After your series of flashbacks from memories, you turned to notice Wilbur had finished his song. He put down his guitar on the stool beside him and then stood up. "[Y/N], hopefully, you do not mind, but I invited the rest today?" he said, though it sounded more like a confirmation question. It was like whatever he did he wanted you to approve of it. He typically got your permission on everything when it came to your home, so it was nothing new.

"Uh yeah sure. You don't have to ask, especially considering if you've already done it ya know" you replied to him, giving the brunette a flushed expression to spare. He did a fake cough and scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. "Still can read me like a book, huh?" he said, chuckling nervously.

You couldn't help but share a laugh as well, and then pulled his beanie in front of his face. "Yep...as for the others, don't worry about it. Plus, it'd be nice to have a family reunion after all" you said, not even realizing the words that escaped from your mouth. You gasped.

"Family reunion? What are you, Phil now?" he said, snickering slightly. That was stopped when you tugged even harder on the beanie that was basically covering his face by now. "You hush it. You know damn well I love you guys, so what's wrong with me calling it that?". Silence. It was an uncomfortable silence.

Or that it was until your door busted and slammed open to reveal two dirty-blond children that were now currently in your doorway. "WHAT'S UP BITCH?! MISS US?!" Tommy shouted, though getting slapped upside the head by Tubbo. "WHAT THE F-" before he could finish, Tubbo pushed him away and began talking. "[Y/N]! It's nice to see you!" he shouted. Phil and Techno shortly came in afterward the boys then helped themselves over to the two of you, which looked like they thought they interrupted something. "Did we uh...did we miss something?" asked Phil, somewhat breaking the attention of Tommy's anger and him now turning into a teasing shit. "[Y/N] and Wil-bur sitting in a tree! K-i-s-s-i-n-g!" he shouted. Your face heated up and you coughed before "fixing" Wilbur's beanie and then making the distance between you two to your way to the kitchen.

And there it was, the uproar of chaos you waited for. Tommy got reprimanded, per usual, by Phil and Wilbur (who seemed to be flustered as much as you). Tubbo just sat on the sofa nearby making like a good boy.

Something about this family got you wondering why you deserved them.

"You guys are my family, and I'm never gonna let you go"

"...ever"
