So today I woke up like any other day in the holidays, groaning at the thought of school in a week. Quickly I brushed my teeth and threw on a blue jumper that was thin so that you could see my white vest underneath. It hung off one of my shoulders and I grabbed a pair of ripped denim shorts. Hastily I pulled my hair into a messy ponytail letting it go wild.
As I walked down the stairs I smelt bacon and eggs. My mouth watered as I realised how hungry I was, so I sped up dashing into the kitchen.
"Hi mum." I said grabbing a plate and shovelling some food onto it.
"Hey sweetheart." My mum replies as I shove my face with food. Suddenly I hear heavy footsteps coming from behind me. I try to defend myself but it's to late. Noah had ruffled my hair and it sticks out at odd angles.
"Thank you pig." I say grumbling. He laughs loudly smiling at me. Yes my older brother was a jerk and he stared at me his blue eyes dancing mischievously.
"You are a real jerk." I say at him angrily. Before I knew it I was swept upside down so that he was holding me feet. Somehow he managed to lift me even though I was like 5'4 and very small so it couldn't have been to hard. He was laughing a lot now and so was I . Mostly because of all the blood rushing to my head. Honestly I thought he was damn right annoying. Suddenly I started to feel sick and my vision became cloudy and before I knew it I started to scream. My entire body felt like it was on fire. Immediately Noah dropped me and I looked up at my mum who was holding my head whilst my brother called the hospital. I was still conscious when the ambulance came and my dad rushed home from work. The pain was agonising. I felt every inch of my body scream as my nerves were set on fire. Soon it became so bad I couldn't see and I must have been delusional because I swear I saw my body turn black and white. Like night and day with sparks flying off, it wasn't like my skin had changed colour it was like my entire body had changed.
And then I blacked out.
