Things I am thankful for today...
1. I started reading The Red Pyramid, the first book in the "Kane Chronicles" series.
2. Mom brought me to the gym; I went on the treadmill and then went for a swim.
3. After the gym, Mom and I went to Market Basket. We bought a box of Weight Watcher's giant chocolate fudge ice cream bars.

Are my expectations too high or too low? Explain.
I don't think my expectations are too high or too low. The problem is that I tend to beat myself up over the fact that I'm not as far along as many of my contemporaries. A lot of them have settled in careers and get to travel while I'm stuck here in Gloucester, bagging groceries at Market Basket and struggling to find a better job.
