Things I am thankful for today...
1. It didn't effect my dentist appointment that I took my medicine, which I was supposed to take an hour before, only twenty minutes before.
2. I didn't have to wait to have something to eat after having my fillings refilled.
3. Mom took me to get a grilled chicken sandwich from Cafe Bisco after my dentist appointment.

A time I thought about ending my own life...
Today, I felt terrible for forgetting to take my medicine before my dentist appointment because my mom was mad at me. Yesterday, I had one of my increasingly frequent mental breakdowns yesterday and I'm still feeling shitty from that. After forgetting to take my medicine, I felt stupid, like a couldn't do anything right. I felt like I can't handle adulthood and my life is going nowhere... so why not end it all.
