Things I am thankful for today...
1. I reached my twenty pound milestone at Weight Watchers.
2. I got out of work early today.
3. I had enough money in my pocket to buy a can of Pringles and a bottle of Diet Coke.
My biggest barrier to weight loss is _ and here is why _
I think my biggest barrier to weight loss is the fact that I tend to comfort eat. When I'm stressed or depressed or even bored, I reach for the junk food. Also, I don't like healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables.
